I have been here last year and I was happy to find again very good service.

The room was quite spacious and well decorated.

Wi-fi is available but it not free.
Even if the reduced the price from 15 JOD to 10 JOD per day, I still find it quite expensive for a Business Hotel.

Staff members were helpful.

Breakfast was ok, however the restaurant was very crowded and the waiters weren't able to cope with the request of several guests.

I have tried the Italian restaurant L'incontro, being Italian I have found the food average. I cannot comment on the price because i was a guest of somebody else.

Overall a Good Stay.

Checked in at 1:00 pm on friday da the first impression of the reception was nice , welcoming staff . then went to the room the room was nice , clean and i asked for a non smooking room . the next morning went to have breakfast the quality of food was not that good especially thye water for tea and coffee you feel that its not filtered water more likely tab water and it wasn't hot . in general nice hotel and calm one too but the breakfast was not good hope they change the cheff and hope they change the quality of the water for the hot drinks .

Room Tip: Look for the rooms facing the circle nice view there in the 3rd floor the non-smooking floor

Really a pleasant stay here for business, of 2 nights. The staff went all out to ensure a pleasant stay. All facilities are well kept, and so clean.

The highlight is the restaurant on the main floor. Chef Thomas has an excellent menu and the preparation was perfect, while presentation was equal appeal.

I recommend for business travelers seeking luxury and professional service.

Great hotel. Really nice facilities, and good service. The staff makes sure that you feel welcomed and that you are comfortable and they are always willing to try to make your stay as wonderful as possible.

A generally good Grand Hyatt, offering comfortable, well equipped rooms, friendly staff and conveniently located. I did have a small problem upon check-in as the room type I had reserved and confirmed had been sold out. There was quite some delay and confusion in assigning me a room, which was annoying after a 16 hour trip. What I think is missing in this hotel is a wider variety of restaurants and at least one hotel bar. There is no bar as such, just a lounge where drinks are served. If you compare with some of the other nearby international hotels at this level, they offer far more in this respect. I had a reasonably good stay, but will choose another hotel next time around.

As long as the client is paying, this would be a great choice for a business stay in Amman. Great gym, great breakfast & coffee. The service could be a bit friendlier and attentive in the restaurant at breakfast, but the rooms are tip top.

Its not our first time to this hotel ,we r regular guests their , every time the staff of the hotel pay us a special care ,the rooms r v.good specially after the renovations , we love the breakfast in this hotel
