I stayed here for two nights while on holiday in Amman. This is a business hotel, located on the outside of the city. There isn't much nearby, by way of food or entertainment. The hotel is plain, but comfortable. The bed was soft. There was some noise from the city street outside, but not too bad. The bathroom is fairly large, but again quite spartan. There is a modest buffet breakfast available in the morning. There is no bar in the hotel, but there is one next door. There is wi-fi available throughout the hotel.

We usually conduct conferences at the Geneva and the service has always been very good, decent food and with good facilities– with the only downside being that they do not have a bar. (I discovered the Blue Fig restaurant, a short taxi ride away, which is an excellent watering hole – posh crowd and great drinks!!) The smaller banquet hall (Crystal Room) is perfect for a Business Conference / Training / Workshop. I would recommend this hotel to any business traveler looking for a comfortable well located hotel.

If you want to be pampered then this is the hotel for you. The Geneva Hotel in Amman,Jordan is by far the best hotel that I had the pleasure of staying in while traveling this summer. The rooms are very spacious and clean and offers great food and amenities. Room service and management staff is excellent.

This hotel is way out west on 7th circle. There are a couple of ATMs and sherwarma shops but not much else. However it is only a 2JD taxi ride to 3rd circle where you can eat. We found the staff were welcoming. Our room was on the back and quiet, not luxurious but perfectly ok, big bathroom. Great breakfast buffet.
NOTE no alcohol is served here.

First impression when walking in hotel is that it is a higher end hotel. However, rooms are extremely plain, dark, musty and beds have no comforters ...only sheets and old blanket. But what really gives this hotel a one star mark is the staff. They are extremely unfriendly, followed with uncomfortable stares by staff members. I would not consider this a tourist friendly hotel. In all my years of travel, it's the first time that i felt foreigners were not desired at a hotel. Oh and the hotel restaurant was only opened for breakfast and room service.
