Just an overnight stay in a comfortable room and despite being above the lobby, the window sealed out traffic noise from the busy street outside. There is nothing of interest in outside, a car dealer, a couple of mobile phone shops. There's a discount supermarket two blocks away where locals shop. Dinner and breakfast in the restaurant are fine, with good selection.

Big rooms, good buffet breakfast, excellent helpful and smiling staff makes it a very good value for money. However, connecting to Wi-Fi is always a challenge.
I stayed on 3rd floor which has larger rooms. The breakfast is good collection of continental with a live counter. There's a grocery store next door and walking distance to the Galleria mall. Behind the hotels are also some small shops / restaurants.

we have reserved for 2 meetings and accommodation. the hotel is clean and easy to reach it. we have faced two problems. first , my manager has asked for late checkout he found that the hotel packed all his staff and send his bag to the reception. he was really upset and shouted in the reception. they have apologized for him and sent his bag again to the room. Second, one of the participants was fasting, and i have asked the cafeteria to save him food till the prayer. he went to the cafeteria and found no food saved for him. When he asked the waiter to bring him anything other than pizza. the waiter disappeared for half an hour and brought pizza. the next day we have talked with the management and they were very helpful.
