I like the staff especially Mahmuod

The food is not that great but it's fine .

I only stayed in this Hotel for my Ielts exam and I think I'm going to come again .

I hated the bath room because there is no place for the water to go after taking a shower .

We had conducted our annual forum at Le Meridien Hotel. The meeting room was well prepared and very organized. The food and the beverages during the two coffee breaks were presented sophisticatedly and everything was clean and taken care of. The waiters who were responsible for the meeting were very helpful, friendly and responsive.

After the meeting we had a lunch at one of the main restaurants of the hotel. The area was very nice and cozy and the food was well presented, variant and delicious.

A big thank you goes to the hotel's wonderful team especially to Ms. Wala'a Al-Momani and Mr. Mohammad Abu Sbeih for their outstanding cooperation.

I highly recommend the hotel for business meetings.

We stayed 3 nights in this very large hotel on a package holiday to Jordan then 2 nights in Petra and then back here for 2 more nights. The rooms were very comfortable, spacious and clean. Breakfasts were good although much of the fruit was tinned and not fresh but there was a large choice of foods.
The hotel was quite a way from any shops or restaurants which meant that we had to eat at the hotel each night. That wasn't a huge problem as there are a number of restaurants including a Lebanese (very good), an Italian (not so good), a buffet restaurant (very good) a steak house and a Chinese (neither of which we tried). A big word of warning - the cost of alcohol is astronomical - a pint of Heineken was 10.5 JD plus 10% service charge plus tax and the cheapest bottle of wine was 32 JD plus service charge and tax (1JD is almost equivalent to £1) The price of food, however, was quite reasonable but I did feel ripped off over the alcohol.
Service at the hotel was very good, the waitress in the lobby was especially friendly and the concierge provided us with maps of Jordan and Amman.

Room Tip: We had rooms at the front of the hotel and they were very quiet, members of our party had a room by...

We arrived in Amman and was not happy with our hotel. A quick call to the Le Meridien and a smooth transfer ( all in less then an hour ) ensued. We could not have chosen better. The ambience, service and facilities were all up to standard. The waitress in the lobby(Jennifer) must be one of the most accomplished I have ever seen in a hotel. The battery in my watch needed replacement, and the owner of the lobby shop went out of his way to solve my problem. On our return two weeks later, we ended up in a dirty hotel and again the Le Meridien immediately came to our rescue. Efficient and quality staff always trumps.

This hotel is #1 in Amman for events at a hotel. You should expect receptions, conferences and events where hundreds of people fill the lobby, in the evenings. The hotel has near 300 rooms and is split into two sections. Standard rooms can be had for under $200 USD including a breakfast buffet (which is good - not great - but good). The service is very good and the standard rooms are comfortable but small. The downside for me was the hotel is huge and feels detached (like an government building lobby or event hall feels). I stayed at the Amman Marriott before here and I recommend the Marriott over the Le Meridien for the price.

Room Tip: Rooms on the main avenue side pick up road noise...
