From the first welcome to the last farewell everyone at Levant made us feel truly at home. The food is excellent - particularly the Kibbeh Nayeh, Sojok and Houmous with Pine Nuts - and the atmosphere relaxed and unrushed. The garden makes a beautiful setting but definitely book a table as by 9pm on Monday night the place was full.

Excellent mezze and dessert at this excellent restaurant. The freshly cooked pitta bread was great and the variety was excellent and unusual especially the Falafel which was served as a mini sandwich in pitta and the chicken livers in pomegranate Molasses were delicious. We had had a large lunch so didn't have a main course. Lots of local people, no other tourists. Excellent service and charming staff. English spoken.

Its not about the best unmatched food in town, the variety of gourmet dishes, the hospitality of friendly staff, the location in a nice part of Amman... it's about that every single time I go there over the years I still leave with a smile, satisfied and pleased by food like no other!

I've never invited any family or friend there without being complimented for my choice. I'd there's a restaurant I'd crown as the best restaurant in Amman, it would be Levant. No restaurant in Jordan comes close.

It's not cheap, yet it's not expensive.

Order a mini Skewered Shawerma for your kids and they'll go nuts enjoying it.

startters great so best to load up on startters, have mezze and just order the mixed grill for two. Extensive wine list but everyone smoking is off putting.

Great food, great service, reasonable prices. Parking is a bit hit and miss. Book a table as it gets really busy.
