Went with a group of colleagues for a work dinner while in Tel Aviv. The atmosphere was very modern and I especially loved the view into the kitchen where you could watch the chefs do their thing. We were lucky enough to have a table with a perfect view of the action.
This is a meal I still think about as every course except one was absolutely fantastic. I did not care for the beef, and we probably should have passed that up. They had a black Alaskan Cod that was one of the best things I've ever put in my mouth. The chef prepared it with some sort of crunchy maple glaze.
TIP: If they ask you if it's your first time and you say yes, they might suggest that you let them bring out thier "suggested" courses. We did this and let's just say the bill wasn't pretty. We spent close to $500 for 3 of us. Maybe that's why I liked the food so much. :) I would suggest ordering what you want instead of going in blind to avoid sticker shock at the end.
