Description: Liliyot Restaurant is one of the leading culinary institutions in Tel Aviv in particular and in Israel in general. Liliyot presents a Modern Israeli Kosher Chef Kitchen at its best, using the highest quality ingredients, the presentation is fresh and creative in the Mediterranean tradition. Liliyot Restaurant's uniqueness is in the social initiative operating within it, for the rehabilitation of youth-at-risk, cooperating with "Elem". The vocational training enables the teens to acquire a high demand profession, and for the first time in their lives equips them with the means necessary to integrate into society as productive citizens.

We selected Liliot as the location of a wedding dinner and were pleasantly surprised. There were a number of fixed price menus from which we could choose, and to that we added wines from the menu (self poured). We were given a private room just off the main restaurant and the setting and atmosphere were quite good, including a flat screen on which we ran a slideshow of pictures. The food itself exceeded our expectations, and all portions were served to the middle of the table so that any guest could choose from all possibilities.

The only drawback was that payment was cash or check, not credit card (assuming cc is possible but for a slightly higher price).

I would warmly recommend Liliot as a group event option.

I am still salivating over the chocolate volcano, and that was two weeks ago. We celebrated a family event here so I didn't order any food or pay for it. I am vegetarian and was quite pleased with the pasta and vegetable dish, salads, and dessert. Each plate had a six inch challah loaf on their plate that was out of this world.
The service was excellent.

It was a birthday celebration of a friend that must be Kosher. We were party of 4 eating here for the 2nd time this year. Without any doubt, Liliot is getting better all the time! For first course we had lovely Veal and Leek Tortellini, with some shiitake's mushrooms sauce. Another great one was the green Asparagus with corn pure and oriental spices, a very creative dish. For entree we had Northern Sea Salmon, with purple potatoes and green apples. The Sea-Bass with Mango and Aubergine. Mediterranean Sea Bream with papers, bleak olives, Asparagus and Cherry tomatoes. Even the Kosher Steak with wasabi mash potatoes was great. We ordered one desert : Caramelized Apple crumb's cake with Vanilla ice cream, and got a Chocolate souffle complimentary of the house. This was a great ending to the celebration of tastes.
