“Good food, romantic setting”
Reviewed January 1, 2014

Went with my wife for a nice romantic dinner whilst on holiday. Slightly pretentious having to wait even though we ate early and the restaurant was nearly empty. Food portions were big but quality of food was quite high. The baked fish was cooked perfectly although the mushroom risotto was too creamy. Quite expensive for US prices and and for tel aviv but a nice spot to end a holiday or to treat someone special.

“Gorgeous restaurant in Neve Tzedek”
Reviewed December 27, 2013

The Dallal Restaurant is in Neve Tzedek, just around the corner from the Suzanne Dallal dance theater. This is a part of Tel Aviv which is wonderful to explore. The streets are narrow and bounded by older properties, many of which have been restored, but some of which retain a slight delapidation to them. There are art galleries, jewelry stores, boutiques and just a few restaurants. The Dallal is in a beautifully restored older building. The covered courtyard lets in natural light. The surrounding rooms offer guests a variety of atmospheric options. We ate outside, in a small covered patio. The food was excellent and interesting. The service was exceptional. The hosts and server were smiling and in a good mood. The prices were fair for lunch. Overall, I give Dallal Restaurant high marks and would say that it is an excellent choice for exploring this part of Tel Aviv.

“Nice place with pleasent atmosphere and food”
Reviewed December 25, 2013

went 4 people for birthday celebration.
Service was friendly and shown knowledge about the kitchen cooking, wine selection etc...
The place is very welcoming and warm.
Food is very nice but not "cheap".
Menu is minimalist but with enough range of options.
We tried the lamb, salmon, seafood - all were great.
Desert was ok and overly priced.
All in all very pleasant evening.
