packed restaurant and not ONE japanese diner - what does that tell you? not the real thing..
if you are japanese, or looking for REAL authentic japanese food, you will be disappointed.
if you don't know REAL japanese food, this is a wonderfully light introduction to the flavours in a nice setting.
also, i am not impressed when Chinese people are used at the sushi bar to create 'authenticity' - so insulting.
what is authentic is the edamame, miso soup & their yummy sashimi.
everything else could be described as japanese fusion.
oh, all you fellow agadashi tofu lovers out there - don't go there.
its so bad, its shameful. the tofu is the wrong type for agadashi and it is deep fried in Schnitzel type batter and is chewy. think 2 day old chicken nuggets.
it is the worst agadashi tofu i ever had.
