“A great experience in Tel Aviv”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed July 12, 2012

Situated at the end of Shabazi's street, one of the chic and touristic attractions in Tel Aviv, Kimel is one of the best restaurants in Tel Aviv. The place is very cozy, decorated with a nice and eclectic collection of items that range from an old stove to racks of vegetables. But the main attraction is the food. We have tried the bussiness menu and found it exquisite. From the muls in Thai crocus milk and fish tartar to meat dishes an a memorable cheese cake that reached first place by far in my sweets preferences. Not too expensive but not too cheap. Right price for Avery good lunch or dinner and a superb service and experience

“Good food”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed July 7, 2012

The food was good. We sampled many dishes and many were excellent. The house cocktails were nothing to write home about, the desserts good but not excellent (we are spoilt in Israel). Service was excellent, plenty of efficient waiters. Hall is cramped, literally only one person can pass between tables, and sideways at that, at least on Friday night. Parking is ILS30, no other option nearby, even for handicapped, but I guess this is common in Tel Aviv. Private room was spacious and pleasant with a TV monitor (and all the cables you need for your computer) so you don't have to bring projector and screen to view your happy birthday compilation.

“Simply Wonderfull”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed June 30, 2012

One of few restaurants in Tel Aviv to keep open for many years and for a good reason; the dishes are superb, the service excellent and the atmosphere great. especially enjoyed the risotto for starters and the Hanger Steak for main. enjoy.
