Simple, home made, very tasty. Must be on opening hours otherwise you face empty pots many are waiting. The best, my opinion, ask the TRIPLE and onion and a saucer with sauce. It is made of olive oil, garlic, lemon just excellent. You will bless me.

As an Israeli whose eaten Hummus all over the country, this is the BEST spot, without a doubt. No comparison.

Coming here and ordering plain hummus, is a big mistake. The hummus paste here is good, but nothing special.
In order to understand what the fuss is all about you need to get a "messabaha"- a mixture of warm cooked cheek-pees, hummus paste, tahini and some spices. The outcome is mouth full of amazing flavors and textures.
If you're looking for service, cleanliness or patience from the staff or people around you, you're in the wrong mind set.
You could find yourself setting the previous guests dishes aside, sharing the table with strangers or developing a headache from the staff screaming the orders, but it is well worth it.
Give it a try :)
