If you are looking for an arabic place with the authentic hummus, this is the place for you! Dont expect a fancy restaurant, or fancy dishes, but go for the amazing "mussabaha", a combination of hummus, with tehine and chick peas warm...and delicious! Hummmm...worth trying!

It's a landmark and justly so. People come here to have Hummus and that's it. Always fresh. Always great. There could be long queues around lunchtime and on weekends. Check the opening hours. They close early

This not so easy to find place has become a shrine for the middle-eastern staple - Hummus. I personally love this place. It's small and the options are not many, but they are real specialists in hummus. The Hummus is excellent. You can also try Masabaha - which has the same ingredients as Hummus (Chick peas, Tahini - or sesame butter, and Olive oil) but instead of pureed Chick peas, contains whole Chick peas and is served warm (it's a bit spicy). 'Hummus-Fool' is hummus with the addition of pureed broad beans - an acquired taste, not really for beginners. Another option is the "Meshulash" or triangle, which is a plate with 1/3 of each Hummus, Masabaha, and "Fool". Hummus tends to be heavy on the stomach, so don't plan on doing a lot after your meal... enjoy !! Oh , and get there early, the close at around 14:00-15:00 or when the Hummus is finished..

I visit this restuarant atleast once a week for the last few years.
It has only several dishes: Masabaha, Humus and ful (cooked broad beans) and a mixture of these.
All the dishes are excleent !
An intersting note: the service is very quick, you can complete your dish in 10 minutes from the moment you sit down. It is not a place for a long meal.
Another intresting note: The seating is done on the base of few sits (and not tables), thus you may sit by a stranger...
And some more Humus tips: don't double deep - use a small portion from your Pita for each bite. For diet fans - the Pita has a lot of calories, try to avoid it...
There are 3 branches in a radius of 500 meters.
