Hard to say whether Brasserie is more Mediterrisian or Pariterranean. But what I can vouch for is that their dishes were very creative without becoming over-complicated. Definitely appreciated their flavour-first approach. My Corvina was perfectly cooked and came crispy skin-side-up served over a cucumber salad. Refreshing and delicious. Cocktails were also assembled with care. Stand-out dish of the evening, though, was the beef tartar. Zesty, nuanced and beautifully textured -- It's a must do.
