“This apartment made our trip a success!”
Reviewed July 3, 2015 for a stay in June 2015

This was our first time renting an apartment abroad so we were nervous - but this apartment is exactly as described and shown. What you don't see is the unbelievable service provided by Keren and Guy. Keren met us and showed everything in the apartment and was available 24/7 to help with anything we needed. Our kids loved her too. And Guy was wonderful to work with upfront when booking the apartment.

The apartment is in a great location directly across the street from the beach and walking distance to supermarkets, restaurants, the Carmel Market, Nechalat Binyamin, Neve Tzedeck, Hatachana and a long walk to Yafo and a short drive to the Namal. Watched gorgeous sunsets from our enclosed balcony every night. The enclosed balcony is perfect with little kids - great view through large opening windows, no danger of falling.

Every bedroom has its own A/C and there is also one in the living room. The bedroom windows have motorized roll-down 100% blackout shades. Two bedrooms have a queen bed and one has two twins (and they added a crib for us). There are two bathrooms, one with a bathtub. There is also plenty of storage.

The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, cooktop, stove, fridge and all cooking implements and dishes that you could need. Hand and dish soap and dishwasher soap and laundry detergent are all provided. Towels and sheets are provided and the apartment was cleaned once a week during our stay. A private washer and dryer are provided downstairs.

Although the location is bustling, the apartment was quiet with the windows were closed. There is construction going on in the building right now, but it only bothered us one afternoon. The most coveted aspect of this apartment is a dedicated parking spot in the underground garage - hard to come by in Tel Aviv! There is an elevator and the apartment is on the 4th floor.

Everything in this apartment is clean and new and in great condition. We absolutely loved it and will stay here again on our next visit. The service was really special too - like having a good friend in TLV to help you out :)

This is a great 3 bedroom apartment with incredible sea views, a parking garage and several other amenities (A/C, dishwasher, laundry downstairs) right across from Banana Beach in Tel Aviv. It's very well situated as the Souk (Carmel Market) and the Yemenite Quarter (great Middle Eastern food) are just a few blocks due West. Directly across the building, you can see the spectacle of the kite surfers flying high in the air above the beach. We had a great time here with our family of 5, although I'd say it was a bit tight by our standards.
