“Fantastic location”
Reviewed January 4, 2012

We have stayed at this hotel on various occasions although it is small only 18 rooms we where impressed at our Suite which had 2 rooms and a bathroom . We had a balcony too which was lovely when the sun shining .the rooms seemed to have had a soft furnishing upgrade recently which gives it a more boutique hotel feel.breakfast is great as is the coffee . Wifi intermittent in our room but manager got it sorted . Deffinately recommend if you Want to be in the heart of tel aviv and 10 m from beach

Impressed by images on the site of the rooms and breakfast I chose this and payed more for the extra comfort. When we arrived I found a very old and trashy building and reception. Small room and a lot of kitchen supply's and towels were missing. The staff is nice, but very formal. The restaurant downstairs is ok but far from the extravaganza of the images. It is also very noicy to sit there, because of the main street. We asked for a baby chair in the restaurant and got one old and very dirty, it also had a security belt that was broken. The staff in the restaurant: not very friendly. Positive: good location, close to the beach, large breakfast. This place is in great need of a renovation.

We stayed at the hotel for one night for our daughter's Bat Mizva with her friends. The rooms were comfortable, the location was the best - we walked to Tel Aviv center, to the cinema and to all the stores around the area. the beach is also a walking distance. The restaurant was excellent - they serve a very generous breakfast, great Italian dinner. and the staff is the best part - very welcoming and pleasant. This hotel is a great choice if you are looking for a safe and central location for a very reasonable price.

Room Tip: the suits with 2 floors are the best choice for a family.

Don't book, if you like a typical hotel experience, you'll be disappointed.

This one is a residential apartment building converted in to an apartment hotel. There are no amenities, such as fitness centre, or multi-cuisine restaurant, or anything like that. It's a simple apartment hotel with a small front desk and a cafe, which doubles up as a breakfast restaurant in the morning.

Rakefet, the girl on the front-desk, needs special mention, as she is very helpful. The apartments are very basic, but clean and comfortable. It has a full-fledged kitchen with microwave, hot plates and everything. It is a 5 min. walk from the beach, am/pm store is just round the corner, so very convenient location. I'd stay here again.

Room Tip: If you are 4 people, i would suggest the Duplex Suites, as they are more spacious and the terrace is...

We too stayed here for the 2nd time and again found that attention to detail is severely lacking. The staff were very obliging and willing to make everything right but we were disappointed that we needed to ask for extra glasses (only 1 provided), a plug for the sink, an internet connection that worked (never quite fixed and luckily there were other WiFi options in the area),a disgusting table in the lounge area that needed replacing, dead batteries in the TV remote, a doona that just reached the edge of the bed with no overhang, a dial missing from the toaster oven, one teaspoon, completely mismatched cutlery, etc etc. With such a wonderful location it wouldn't be hard to make this place really top notch but no-one seems to be taking responsibility for setting a standard. We certainly would NOT stay here again. Like other reviewers we felt that an 8am start for breakfast was about an hour too late. On the positive side though as we were leaving for the airport at a very early hour of the morning (2.30am), the night staff offered us sandwiches to take with which was unexpected and extremely welcome. This place needs to be loved and at present it isn't.

We were in a four person suite with the roof top terrace. The room was great, two bathrooms, one bedroom upstairs with a double bed and one single downstairs and a pull out couch. There was a kitchenette. Breakfast is served downstairs in a cafe, it was basic but good. Close to the beach, about a 10 minute walk.

This small boutique hotel is in an excellent location. Close to the beach and the best shops.
We had the rooftop suite, and it was excellent. Definitely recommend this hotel and we would stay there again.
