“Three hours of non stop joy!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed January 24, 2014

To start with the negative part: the steep high staircase in order to reach this lovely place, meaning that not everyone may be able to enjoy this restaurant.....
On a busy night we gave it a try but the place was fully booked, so luckily we made reservations for the next evening.
After climbing the stairs and carrying the buggy with our 8 months old grandson up, we were first meant to sit in the main section, no space for our grandson, loud music, lots of noise: what a disappointment....but the staff didn't give up and then placed us on the (covered) balcony, most far round table, nice and quiet and sufficient space for our group of 5. The boss promised us that no other guest would smoke (which is obviousely allowed in this section) as long as we sat there and kept his word.
The tap beer was excellent, all what we ordered was perfect, staff very cute and helpfull.
After a while some lady chef (?) came to our table, inquiered if all was to our taste and carefully pointed out that she had some hidden treasures in the kitchen, not on the menue card......so we ordered all 3 of them and greatly enjoyed the beautiful dishes. Started with the different sausages and finished with tender spare ribs and steaks......
We chose all available last dishes, to share, and this was another high light and a beautiful way to end this lovely gourmet night.
What an enthousiastic staff, what great - honest food, fantastic ambiance: a place to return to and to highly recommend to others, you won't be disappointed!

“Great place to dine!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed January 24, 2014

We visited Tel-Aviv in the summer and dined in this place a few times.
We were impressed with the quality of food, service, views and location is just great.
The sitting outside is great and at night, your view of Tel-Aviv is one of the best.

We would love to go back and dine there again.

“Good food, cosy atmoshere, convenient location”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed January 16, 2014

We had an almost exclusively seafood dinner for two starting with mussels for a starter and shrimps and fish fillet for the main course. The seafood was nice and tasty, nicely seasoned and cooked well (juicy). I was a little surprised that the main course didn't come with a side dish and that the waiter when taking our order made no mention of the fact. We had crème brule for dessert which was also very good. The dessert was on the house by using the coupon available on the restaurants website (the coupon was honoured immediately and politely). It was a chilly winter night and the place was nicely heated and the seating arrangement and lighting made for a cosy atmosphere. We paid close to 300 shekels for the dinner including two glasses of wine which is close to pricey considering no side dishes were included.
