We were here one afternoon, and it was not that great as others had reviewed. It had a couple of old trains, and a lot of shops and restaurants. I didn't think it was such a big deal...

Old train station turned into a lovely place to be...shops, souvenirs, restaurants and green little heaven! Do not miss Tel-Aviv souvenir shop!

We had a great dinner here plus enjoyed shopping at the boutiques. It is a wonderful atmosphere and makes for a great evening out, strolling around, people watching, and relaxing.

This is one place that the shops open till late, real late...
The famous Tapas restaurant here is always full house, so if you did not make advance booking, too bad. The AHAVA shop here opens till late for your shopping needs but the prices are not as good as the famous gift shop at ben yehuda for most items...
Nice place for a little photography of those old carriage (two in fact) on display, that's it. The rest are all about late shopping and dinners.
Do note that the some english speaking tourists who visit here have a tendency of cutting queue to get into restaurants, so if you see them coming, you better alert the staff that you are in the queue.... i see different groups of them doing the same thing on my last visit and the recent one. The staff here are very professional and knows exactly how to deal with them, so don't worry, all you need to do is to alert them by simply asking for a menu to read before you join the queue.

HaTachana is a great venue. Some cool restaurants, nice shops, and even a spa. Well worth checking out. Though note, our car was broken into in the public parking lot nearby - which I do not think had anything to do with HaTachana, but be careful with anything that looks like valuables.
