I've been returning to this place again and again ever since their opening. The food is very tasty, there's a romantic vibe and the owners' presence adds a personal dimension to the whole experience. That is why my last visit this week turned out to be a disappointment. The portions seemed a bit too small, a bit too oily and a bit too expensive. In addition, the owners were gone. Obviously, they can't be there all the time, but the experience felt lacking and was less personal. Lastly, in the past the menu used to change more often, adding an experimental touch to the dining experience. Now it seems the menu is always the same, and the limited dishes available seem obvious rather than unique. Alas, I suppose this is what happens when a place earns recognition and fame.
