Description: Cafe Europa opened at the end of May 2012, in a picturesque building, at a strategic spot on Rothschild Boulevard. Tasty food and sparkling drinks light up the evening, drawing beautiful people to the entrance, in search for a place to sit. Enjoying your meal under an old tree on our open terrace, upstairs in the bar area, or on the balcony with a view of the whole restaurant, Cafe Europa is definitely the place where you want to be.Green gin is our house cocktail. Based on Tanqueray gin and fresh cucumbers, with the extract of fresh herbs, it is the real refreshener of this hot Tel-Aviv summer. For a gin drink with a different twist, try our a mixture of gin, Campari, Amarena Cherris and Louisa. For a real taste of Mediterranean flavours, take a sip of our Local cocktail, a mixture of Arak, Rosetta syrup (based on almonds), passion fruit and a hint of mint.

Excellent mainly for the service. They serve small dishes that could be shared, so we told our waiter to build the whole dinner for us, which he did. The food was great, + the selection, + the service was amazing

Visited with friends for a casual dinner/drinks. The menu is very Spanish and features some items that are rare to find in Israel (real jamon for example). The service was excellent and the place is cute with a lovely atmosphere.

The menu looked exciting but the actual dishes were a little disappointing. Although quite authentically Spanish the food was on the bland side and the portions were miniscule.

At 10pm we were asked to leave the table because some other diners needed it. We had not been warned that there was a time limit, but the hostess made some space for us on the upstairs terrace.

This is a good place for a casual dinner if you're not very hungry, prices are average for Tel Aviv.

There is an upstairs room which had a large group/event.

Went with my wife and friends on Thursday
Our friends booked it on same day so only bar seats were available
We shared the whole dishes . Everything was tasty. I really liked the risotto with sea fruit
I ordered simple Italian wine from menu but the bartender tried to recommend local Cabernet . She was aggressive and only after I insisted she gave up
The guy at bar who served us was very pleasant and cooperative
At the end of evening I ordered cappuccino but was told the restaurant doesn't serve it. I spoke with shift manager and he explained
They don't want people will order only coffee.
Name of the place is cafe Europe so It's odd. We spent over 700 Ils so guess we deserve to order cappuccino. The coffee machine was located 2 meter from me and there was no logic explanation for their refuse
My friend order espresso and got it
A very nice evening ended with a bitter taste
BTW other restaurants in tel aviv refuse to serve cappuccino although they have the machine in restaurant
They want to evacuate customers as quickly as possible for the next one
Shame

The food and location were good.
However the service ended up being very disappointing when our waitress deemed it appropriate to come and discuss our tipping after we paid. It may be understandable for her to ask us if everything was alright, but not to come and complain about the tip in an accusatory manner.
She was out of line and that did not reflect well on this restaurant.

I went to this restaurant for our anniversary because we heard this was a young and vibrant place. This was a terrible choice. The menu looks promising, but when you get your food you regret getting there. I got something like 100 gr of food that tasted terrible for the price of a meal. I also ordered a cocktail that was basically very sour lemonade with ice. We were so hungry we paid and went to a real restaurant down the street.
