“Excellent food and fun place”
Reviewed April 4, 2014

We were invited to this lively restaurant by friends from Boston who are Israeli and spend a lot of time in Tel Aviv. We had 8 different dishes and each and every one of them was very good and they were very varied. It you like having a little of this and a little of that, I'd recommend this restaurant.

a little restaurant in a rising area near the spice market in tel aviv. You will get Great food, the most unique atmosphere Israel/Arabic music, with local people. The staff is unbelievably nice. Truly unique place in Tel Aviv

“Charming, eclectic, noisy”
Reviewed January 4, 2014 via mobile

I loved my lunch at Ouzeria. I went on a Friday, just as the nearby market was closing, and the atmosphere at the start of the weekend was just lovely: relaxed, fun, ready for a holiday. The space is tiny, full of diners and lots of groups; we had to wait outside for a table to come free, but just for a few minutes. The staff are wonderful - relaxed, friendly, and involved in helping you chose good food combinations. All our food was delicious, and there is a wide vegetarian and some vegan choice. I recommended the 'ravioli' made from carpaccio of beetroot stuffed with goat cheese, and the wonderful desserts. I probably wouldn't recommend Ouzeria for people who want an intimate dining experience: it's a bit noisy, with loud music, and great fun, more of a place to go with friends and drink beer and eat lots of delicious food.

“Great beets and artichokes ”
Reviewed January 3, 2014 via mobile

Ordered a bunch of small plates and everything was delicious except the calamari. They didn't have a drink menu in English, but the first waiter was able to explain to us all the cocktails well enough. I recommend the beet "ravioli" and the grilled artichokes. Really good!

“Sothern pleasure”
Reviewed December 28, 2013 via mobile

The southern part of Tel Aviv has developed majorly in the last few years. A place like Ouzeria gives you a perfectly different experience that you won't find in the rest of Tel Aviv. The music is eclectic as well as the fresh, beautifully served, food.
I live in Tel Aviv and I eat there at least once a month. Recommended, especially in the evening. The staff is very cheerful and welcoming!
