Had a great stay at the Townhouse Tel Aviv. All the little details was taught, by the staff, to let me and my boyfriend have a pleasant stay. Since the quickly and warm check in, the lovely welcome note in our room, the friendly staff... The pictures in booking.com and here are really what they have in the hotel. We loved our stay and, for sure, will come back to Townhouse! They really know what's the meaning of a Boutique Hotel!

Room Tip: We stayed at room #7, great room!! Adriana, from the reception, said it was her favorite room and she was right!

Very sweet building. Beautifully and comfortably designed and decorated. Wonderful staff and a very nice breakfast included. Love the area. Lots of nice restaurants. Walking distance to the Carmel Market and to the beach as well as lovely, old, Israeli neighborhoods.

All is nice, and all shown at booking and here is the truth. Even ground floor room is perfect, clean and cosy.
Very convenient location - close to everything, and at the same time in the safe place.
Only one not ok was a noise during one night (a kind of construction work)

I came to TLV on business trip and stayed at the Townhouse for close to two weeks. I was surprised by how nice the place is. But first few clarifications, to be realistic. For large people the front door could be a challenge (old architecture did not accommodate Plus sizes in the past), still you can find a way by opening the second half of the door. Second, the location is premium in the middle of the City, where life almost never goes to sleep (but not as much as in NYC). So it is a bit noisy at night. Once you adjust to it, you are a city dweller. And third, coming from a winter-frozen US, I found the covers to be somewhat thin, though I usually don't need much heat. I imagine that in summer that would not be a problem. Still, perhaps an optional blanket would be nice.
But these above things pale when I reflect on the experience overall. The staff is so friendly, you almost want to invite them for a chat with tea and cookies. They are also very helpful providing any information you may need. The greatest of all though is breakfast, prepared by a master, who fed us with fantastic salads, fruits and vegetables, varieties of cheese and pasties and home made quiches. Did I mention coffee? Even though it comes from an espresso machine it is delicious.
And lastly, as it is located in the City, right by Rotschild Blvd and Alenby, it is just few blocks away from Neve Tsadek and their restaurants and charming streets, and then straight to the beach and Old Jaffa. All within walking distance. And for those who want to explore more urban settings, going up on Rotschild will take you to the Auditorium and then to Rabin Square. More great settings, restaurants, places to hand out. Could not find a better location.

Townhouse is a delightful boutique hotel located in the heart of Tel Aviv. The rooms are clean, attractive and comfortable. The staff is accommodating and helpful. The room was well priced and overall we had a fantastic experience. We will definitely be back to stay at TH.
