“Very interesting.”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed September 2, 2012

Bet Hatefutsot is an extremely interesting museum. It was presented in a way that made you want to learn more. Every section showed you something else. The models of shuls was lovely to see. Would definitely go again.

“Visited there Today!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed August 22, 2012

Provides wonderful insight into Jewish life and History. As many know much was destroyed during the second world war. Here you will find a collection of Histories or the Jewish people from all places on the Planet. Don't forget to look up your family tree while you are there. Inexpensive, large and well worth a visit.

“Diaspora Understood”

An amazing insight into Jewish life in the diaspora - much of which was destroyed during the holocaust. Well worth a visit. Impossible to summarize all there is to see in such a small space.

“Museum of the Jewish Diaspora”

It is entertaining and instructive for those interested in the subject, easy to visit and pleasantly located on the Tel Aviv University Campus. It has not changed over the years.

“Great place to take your kids too..”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed August 7, 2012

I took a very demanding and active 7 year old to the A-B -C Do feature where we there are some great interactive games and activities around the Hebrew language theme. Instructions were also in English for visitors and the range of games an activities suited ages from ~ 7 - 12 yrs.
We then went to the Pivon activities. This guy makes the most amazing and recognisable portraits of well known people from ordinary household objects. After a short explanatory video we made a Family picture using junk. The picture symbolised the Family to be more accurate. Pictures on a board. At the end of the work, they are photographed, and we were given a medium sized poster with a very high quality picture suitable for wall mounting. In addition, the picture will be miniaturised and used as a " pixel" in a picture on the wall in the entrance lobby of the Museum.
Great way to spend time with your Family and the Museum itself, with all it's amazing exhibits and features, we can visit later, it's certainly more than a full days activity.
