A lovely hotel to stay in with a personality rather than a large soulless one. Beautiful comfortable suite, my son said the sofa bed was huge and comfy. Clean and bright, lovely girl Mayaan on check-in couldn't have been more helpful. Roof top bar had good food without being outrageously priced, and the morning breakfast choice was excellent. The business suite enabled us to check in on line and print boarding cards too. It was well stocked with snacks and drinks if a little noisy at times by some guest ignoring the age criteria and bringing in lots of small children and allowing them to run loose. Overall great location by the sea, beach cafes and night life. We really enjoyed our stay and cannot recommend it highly enough.

We stayed at the Alexander Suites for 2 weeks. I absolutely loved the hotel. Having 2 kids, i needed a place that could accommodate more than 1 bedroom and have a fridge for some essentials. The rooms are all extremely beautiful and have all been renovated sparing no expense. The bathrooms are large and gorgeous too. The location is top notch. You leave the hotel and you are directly on the beach. The staff was fantastic. We would have breakfast on the rooftop terrace every morning overlooking the beach. They were all very helpful and kind. I would recommend staying there over any other hotel. The room also included complimentary wifi which was a huge bonus. Ou friends stayed at the Sheraton, and when they came to visit us in the Alexander, they all wished they had booked their too. Great, great, great!

My parents and I stayed in an exec jr. suite for five nights in at the end of June 2012. We had stayed at the hotel before and liked it then. However, they have done a beautiful makeover and everything was better than before. The bedroom is a bit small but we managed fine. My sister was staying at the Hilton for much more, and her room was smaller and it was only one room. here we had two. The room was fine for the three of us.Lots of space in the living room. Sofa becomes a bed. Make sure to ask for a luggage rack. The room does not have one. Everyone at the front desk was great. We asked to stay a few days extra and they worked it out so we could stay in the same room. The rooms were very clean and modern. We were on the fourth floor facing the Hilton. We had a nice sea view. Even though we were next to the elevator, we never heard a sound. The breakfast was delicious. Lots of choices. Best shakshuka ever! The business lounge had nice snacks but it would be nice if they added different items each day.The view from the restaurant is the most beautiful. nice free wifi. I would stay again.

I stayed at the Alexander Suites for only one night. The people at the reception were very nice and helpful. The suite where I stayed was recently refurbished, spacious, comfortable. The apartment had complimentary wifi access and a very nice living room to work. The location is good at the Tel Aviv port, but parking is a problem in the area. The hotel has only a few places in its parking and I had to spend 88 shekels to park in a nearby parking lot. To my luck the car next to me (and not mine) had the bumper badly damaged by someone maneuvering at the lot.

Room Tip: Refurbished rooms are very good.

Our family was pleased with the Alexander Suites. We heard nice things from a AAA travel agent in Pittsburgh, who had booked another client there. Although we enjoyed the two bedrooms and having a kitchen, we felt the rates were very overpriced. It was wonderful to be right by the beach. I'm not certain this is the best value for the area, but it was fine for our needs.
