We've spend a February weekend to celebrate a very good friend's birthday.
The whole experience could not be better. From check in to check out.. Great atmosphere, amazing breakfast, Nice & stocked Club lounge, great proximity to the beach (unfortunately it was raining..) and a killer ocean view from the room

Special thanks to the front desk people (Henry, Tania) that are so customer service oriented..

Thanks for an amazing stay..

Room Tip: Add some $$ for an ocean view.

We stayed at the Sheraton Tel Aviv Hotel for 3 nights this past week. I have nothing bad to say about our visit. The room was ample, bed was extremely comfortable with comfy pillows, soft towels and great view from our room onto the beach. The first day for some reason our beds weren't made up after we left, but they did leave chocolate on our pillows! The brunch was really delicious, although my husband said the custom omelettes were not tasty. On the first two days, when we sat down to eat, I was surprised that no one came to our table to pour water or ask if we needed anything. Other than that I have no complaints. The only reason I didn't give The Sheraton 5 stars was because my sister and brother-in-law were at The Hilton during the same time and everything there was much more up-graded.

I stayed here for 5 nights in month of Feb 2014 . I was visiting here for Business. My impression

1. Nice Property, Good Rooms, Cleaniness and Hygiene were optimum .
2. Nice Breafast spread and wonderful views , right upto the beach.
3. I stayed in room 1902.There is a minor glitch in sliding door balcony , it is not locked properly and on windy nigh will batter enough to disturb your sleep.
4. out of 5 night there wifi was down for 2 nights , however you can have LAN connections. But i was surprised that problem did n't get fixed soon enough.
5. High Speed Wifi is not complimentary though with standard rooms 20 USD per day is bit harder.
6. Staff is courteous attentive and eager to help and thoroughly professional
7. 45 mins from Ben Gurion Airport.
8. All in all a good experience hopefully they resolve glitches faster next time
9. Nice Good Gym , However i expect Water Bottles rather then plastic Glasses

Room Tip: If possible ask for a sea view room

Thank you for the positive review of our hotel. We are delighted to read that your stay was enjoyable and you were satisfied with the service of our staff, and our breakfast. We are always keen of presenting on our buffet the best Israeli products
We encountered some problems with the internet connections and our IT were working 24/7 to fix the problem. WiFi is complimentary in all guestrooms, and for premium WiFi a charge of $20 for 24 hours is applicable.

I've stayed here a number of times, but the last stay was so perfect that I felt I have to donate a positive review.
My SPG Platinum status was recognised immediately, by way of the VIP checkin at the Towers Lounge. I was kindly upgraded to a suite having booked a regular room.
The staff are courteous, presentable, warm, friendly and hardworking; no request ever seemed to be a problem. This hotel is really an oasis in Israel in this context; no other hotel in the country - except for the Hilton Tel Aviv - is as consistent in this way. The only let down I have ever had in all m stays is with one of the male receptionists who comes across as blunt, arrogant and generally unwilling, but his appearance and behaviour reminded me of Ehud Barak which at least converts the experience of dealing with him into a humorous one.
Rooms are immaculately clean and all those I've stayed at smell fresh.
The Sabbath buffet meals were awesome in terms of both quality and variety as were the breakfasts.

Room Tip: If you're SPG Plat and are offered a suite upgrade, take note that your sea view will be comprom...

Had a great room with a view of the Tel Aviv beach. The room was sizable and very comfortable. The hotel facilities are extensive, with a first-class fitness room.

The room is situated on the beachfront, with I guess matters a bit more in the summer than at other times. Frankly there are more charming neighborhoods in Tel Aviv. But for a business traveler you really can't do better. And the breakfast buffet was outstanding, though be advised that it is costly and not necessarily included in the rate.

The rack rate for this hotel is very high, but if you can get a deep discount it is worth it.

Staff are very attentive, unassuming and courteous. Location by the beech and only 30 mins from the airport is a plus. The hotel itself is a little bland in terms of character. It does feel a little over priced. That said wifi connection is superb which is a must for me on business trips. I would stay hear again. But if somebody asked me about it I would honestly struggle to remember staying. This could though be exactly what you need for business. 5 ot 6 out of 10.

I am impressed by the quality of the hotel, the location and the staff. Everything for my vacation has been wonderful. For non-Jewish travelers, be advised that the restaurants must maintain kosher! I was surprised when I asked for a pizza with sausage...OOPS! Or, while in the main restaurant, I asked for butter with the bread. They will provide you with margarine. No, you can't get a ham and cheese omlet at breakfast, either! Every morning a housekeeper will replenish the free water (tap water is very good) bottles, they return in the evening to turn down the bed and place a chocolate on the pillow. The coffee service in the room is a miniature Keurig type machine that actually provides a pretty good cup of coffee, unlike American room coffee! The concierge will gladly help you with tour information. Don't rent a car! Things are so close together that you will drive to an important site only to pass by another equally important site. I will be back to TLV

Room Tip: If you observe Jewish shabat in the orthodox form, be sure to either ask for a lower floor room or b...
