This hotel is wonderful. If you find yourself in Israel, I recommend staying at the Hilton Tel Aviv. The rooms are quiet and very modern. The restaurants are nice, but I have seen better. The staff is very friendly. The hotel is along the beach. The sunsets are fantastic, no extra charge.

This is a lovely hotel with a great pool area, though it can be very crowded and noisy. There are ramps everywhere and the staff are helpful. When you request something in your room, Guest Services telephone 10 minutes later to make sure you received what you wanted!

The bedroom was large with lots of space to move around and a very large double bed. We requested 2 single duvets as the one provided was not quite large enough to be comfortable. The air conditioning was easily adjustable.

The bathroom is pretty good - a raised toilet seat, bars to hold on to and a ledge at the back of the bath to slide across. Burt, beware, the bath is lethal to stand in, even with the plastic bubble mat they provided. There is also a free standing shower which would have soaked the whole bathroom floor.

The breakfast buffet was delicious and vast and helpings of all the food in the hotel were enormous and good.

We were there for a week and sorry to leave.

This is one of the best Hotels in Tel Aviv. Israel is not known for service, but I had no problems here. The staff were coureous and pleasant and made the stay better.
The hotel has a salt water pool , not my favourite but water is valuable. There is a small airfield to the North of Tel Aviv and on some days the planes do fly low and loud. This of course is not the Hotel's fault and the same will be for all other Tel Aviv beachfront hotels.
But you slouldn't really come to Tel Aviv for just a week by the pool ( which was part of what we wanted- its just not very pretty or tranquil). The standard rooms are on the lower floors and again the road is busy and can be noisy. The basic rooms are fine clean and modern, the bathrooms not up to what i would expect from a five star hotel. You must pay for the gym so we didn't use it. We did not eat in the hotel other than the breakfast which was included and was superb. The fresh orange juice is fed by fresh oranges. There is a huge selection of bread, sweet fresh fruit, smoked salmon, I could go on and on. needless to say it was breakfast and lunch for most!
The hotel is in a great position, a short stroll to the port where there are bars and restaurants- a singles paradise. You are also a short walk from the main shopping roads. A 40 minute -1 hour stroll on the prominade to the left takes you to Old Jaffa, the historical part and the flea market.
Next time iI might stay in one of the seaside resorts and make our trips from there though it is so easy to get about. We took the bus to Jerusalem and back, £3 each way and then you really do see the people!

We used our HHonors points for a free night in this hotel.
From the moment we checked in we sensed that the attitute of the staff is unusally impatient and rude, compared to the many Hilton hotel we stayed in the US and other hotels we stayed in in Tel Aviv.
The hotel is quite old and it shows. The walls are paper thin. The room next to us ordered a 2:30AM wake up call and left his room. They did not think it's a bad idea to call his room for five minutes at that hour. I completely ruined our night. The staff, including the manager didn't even bother appolegizing, They were too busy showting at us for suggesting they did anything wrong.
This hotel is a disgrace to Tel Aviv and the Hilton brand. And the worst thing is that they don't care.

Fine place to have ended our 2 week solo travel througout Israel these last 2 PMs. Service, room size, amenities, food etc. was excellent. Rather expensive hotel for which we would not have been able to afford. Used Honors Points which was well worth the 50,000 per night--If you're visiting Israel, save up on your points for this fine hotel !

We spent two days at the Hilton. Beautiful room with a spectacular view! We had access to the Business Lounge on the top floor and the staff made sure we had whatever we needed. The pool was the hot spot. It was perfect weather, so many couples, families, etc. were enjoying the day out. The beach is just a few steps. Hilton even allowed us the use of the Lounge after check out since our flight was a late night departure.

Spent a few nights here on business and enjoyed the stay. On the positive side, the lobby is modern and inviting, the service is extremely good (friendly and helpful staff), the beach is right outside the door, and the pool looks nice. my room was spacious, clean, and airy. On the negative side, it's expensive for what it is, the food is mediocre at best (avoid the sushi bar... small pieces and quite pricey), and there's a big road passing right in front. Overall I preferred it to the neighboring Crowne Plaza (rooms are much nicer) but can't say in good conscience that it's better value for money!

Hi. Thanks for your feed back. Compliments are well received and obviously there are things we should do better. what did you mean by:"and there's a big road passing right in front"? The beach front hotel is located at the heart of the Park. You are welcome to also write me directly to: motti.verses@hilton.com.
