comfy rooms. great pool and beach.
the location is a bit far from the city of tel aviv, but it makes it feel a little calmer than the hustle and bustle of the city.
i would stay here again.

One of my worst experiences in any hotel because of such incredibly rude, arrogant, and bigoted beahvior from the recpetion staff that I will never go back to a Hilton hotel if I can avoid it. First I was told that internet access would be free for me because of my Hilton Honors status when I checked in , which was later denied when I tried to access the internet. It was of course very expensive. ($22.00/day per computer). The worst was the desk manager who made the most insulting comments I have ever heard from hotel staff. I have come to Israel many times and although the service is not the most polite in the world but this was outrageous. I felt literally physically sick with anger. It overshadowed all other aspects of the hotel which were not terrible, except for the rip- off charges for everything. Hilton, Shame on you for hiring this kind of staff!

One of the worst Hiltons around. Small cramped rooms with even smaller bathrooms.
Drab and tired, in serious need of a major refurbishment. Location and view of Med great. Gym use was extra. Service was adequate but not exactly warm and friendly. Oh yes and expensive: This is a pricey hotel for what it offers.

Stayed here on my first trip to Israel. Staff were very good, room was clean, breakfast was also nice. The views from the hotel were nice and it's location by the sea was very pleasant. I found the general layout and decor a tiny bit dataed, but clean.

If you decide to walk North to the Old Harbour (nice fish restaurants and shops) please avoid walking through the gardens immediately next to the hotel. They are frequented by a number of men lurking in the shadows. One asked me to join him behind a bush. I don't think he was a botanist!

Such a welcoming hotel, lovely caring staff & management! great restaurants, amazing pool, super views, great location, i could go on and on and on! only thing i could think of as a negative was the gym is operated by a different company so you have to pay, but with such amazing beaches to run along, it's really not an issue!

The rooms in this hotel are decidedly average, and a little bit dated when compared with others in the Hilton chain around the world. Although it is advertised as a five star hotel the fitness centre does not actually belong to it and guests must pay $15 per visit for the pleasure of working out. This theme of " money-grabbing" is reinforced by having no water-bottles in rooms except for Evian which carries an $8.50 charge, simply outrageous.

I was impressed by the stay in this hotel. It was quite nice to come back from intensive business day for the rest.
