Such a welcoming hotel, lovely caring staff & management! great restaurants, amazing pool, super views, great location, i could go on and on and on! only thing i could think of as a negative was the gym is operated by a different company so you have to pay, but with such amazing beaches to run along, it's really not an issue!

The rooms in this hotel are decidedly average, and a little bit dated when compared with others in the Hilton chain around the world. Although it is advertised as a five star hotel the fitness centre does not actually belong to it and guests must pay $15 per visit for the pleasure of working out. This theme of " money-grabbing" is reinforced by having no water-bottles in rooms except for Evian which carries an $8.50 charge, simply outrageous.

I was impressed by the stay in this hotel. It was quite nice to come back from intensive business day for the rest.

The Tel Aviv Hilton is well-located and offers excellent rooms, furnishings and room amenities. Restaurants are nice too.

Service, however, is mediocre in terms of attention, attitude and speed. Gym facilities are complete and functional but old. The hotel relentlessly nickel and dimes guests for services that are usually free or less expensive. Use of the gym, for example, costs $15 plus taxes per visit to the facilities. One would expect access to a nicer gym to be free at a high end hotel such as this one. Internet usage is $22 plus taxes for 24 hours (the only option)...outagously high (I just paid $36 for 3 days' acces at the Inbal in Jerusalem).

the room the hotel gave us was sort of small. the cleaning service is pretty lousy. the gym is not included in the price, the wireless is very expensive. the hotel is old and in serious need of a refurbishment. the only good thing is the swimming pool (still they have no outside showers around the pool, so people all sweaty with sun get in)
