I just got back from a week at the Hilton Tel Aviv. I can't say enough on how great it was. The food is excellent, the facilities are excellent, the room was excellent and best of all the SERVICE was excellent. I have stayed there quite a few times and it just keeps getting better.

Room Tip: Try to get room with a lower number, the higher the room number the closer you are to the front of t...

We just stayed at the Hilton Tel Aviv. What a beautiful hotel. We had a Junior Suite which was spacious and beautifully appointed. The bathroom was absolutely wonderful with a shower stall and jacuzzi bathtub. Although the hotel is pricey with everything (room rates and food) it was a great treat at the end of 16 day holiday. We loved having the balcony where we spent some time reading and watching the sea. We were treated royally. The breakfast buffet was amazing. So much choice. I was impressed that Guest Services contacted us immediately after check in to see if there was anything we needed and to tell us to call anytime. We also received a bowl of fresh fruit on arrival. The pool area was beautiful and you are right at the beach.

The rooms on the "exec" floor are very nice. Above average gym ($), but the wifi ($) is really slow.

We stayed two nights at Hilton, and an ex Israeli (from Tel Aviv) I know the options in Tel Aviv are generally not good value for money at Hilton is no exception.
The hotel is large but very old and rather outdated design for both public areas and rooms. Room is generally nice (we were on the 8th floor) with a good view (especially if facing south and close to the water). We liked the complementary toiletries (good dead see products) but as most Hilton’s hated the fact the internet is not free and costs $20 / day (!). At this Hilton even the gym costs $15 which is really odd and it was FREEZING from the A/C.
Location is great for breach lovers as the Hilton beach is probably one of the best in Tel Aviv. Pool seems to be very crowded and cramped, and I don’t think they have a heated indoor winter pool.
Breakfast was good as with most Israeli hotels. A nice touch was the fact they clean the room 2-3 times a day. Bed was ok and room size was fine, the bathroom was very outdated though.

Room Tip: South facing rooms on high floors

This review is a very long time in coming. My husband and I had the pleasure of staying at the Hilton Tel Aviv last year at this time. We were there for 2 nights at the beginning of our travels through Israel, and 2 nights at the end of our trip. We were very pleased with the accommodations, very modern, comfortable and immaculate. The staff at this hotel were very friendly and accommodating. We particularly enjoyed the breakfast buffet each morning, with many choices to satisfy every taste. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who is planning to spend any time in Tel Aviv. The standards here are as good if not better than some of the Hiltons I have stayed at in the US.

Clearly the brand and the US centric clientel have made any real investment in this hotel an unnecessary cost. It's very very tired and threadbare. I can respect that they just don't need to invest to make money but it won't be from me until they do. Nice staff though.

This is the kind of hotel that makes me angry. It was built 40 years ago. Location is very good no doubt about that and its a huge hotel....and becasue it runs well they never really did a proper refurbishment. The rooms look old. Like 40 year old. Just because they put in a new samsung LCD screen in the room it sure does not make the toilet look less ancient then it does.

PRICES ARE SIMPLY RIDICULOUS!!!!!! A bottle of Evian is 8.5USD. Food is also very expensive. The hotel runs a kosher kitchen so dont expect any meet.

They have an ok pool and the beach is also a stone throw away.

All-in-all this hotel will be ok for most people but for those who have a feel for price/quality ratio then this one will be a big big turn off. I would much rather pick the intercontinental then a little bit south of the beach.

Dear Guest,
I am sorry to hear that your stay with us was not entirely satisfactory.
Major refurbishments recently took place at the Hilton Tel Aviv and we have completed the renovations of the top nine floors now.
Please note that due to kosher restrictions we need to separate areas where meat and dairy is served. We do have a fantastic and reputable King Solomon restaurant which offers one of the best beef fillets in Tel Aviv. We also serve meat in the Pool Bar and also via room service.
If you are a Hilton Honors member we provide you with 2 bottles of Israeli water daily. If you are a Hilton Honors Member, we apologize for not providing the complementary water. If you are not a Hilton honors member please visit our website where you can enroll.

We hope to welcome you back in the future to provide you with a service that will impress you.
Kind Regards
