It is like coming home! Thanks for this warm welcome and for the amazing service troughout our stay. It made our holiday in Tel Aviv just unforgetable. We felt very comfortable in the rooms, breakfast was always delicious and the roof top is just great to end a perfect day! We will certainly come to this family hotel and look very much forward to our next stay!

This was the second time I spent a long week-end at the Melody, and it was as wonderful as the first.
I had a beautiful room , spotlessly clean and inviting, with a breathtaking view of the sea just across the street.
The roof terrace with its comfortable couches and soft background music, provided many relaxing moments, especially at sunset.
Their breakfast is great and you can have a cappuccino and eggs any style. When I mentioned that I don't eat wheat products, they surprised me by ordering gluten free bread just for me!
The staff was extremely helpfull and friendly; they treat you as a very special personal guest, which is a rare experience in Israel.
And the special touches: the happy hour and a bag with a towel, a hat and a bottle of mineral water, when you go to the beach.
In short, a great hotel, and I am already looking forward to my next visit!
Chris.

The location of the hotel is good, next to a small park & the beach of tel aviv .
the room was small , but we had all we need- wide bed ,hot water, it was clean & tide .

The breakfast- outstanding , the food was delicious.

The positive is that this isn't another chain hotel - the styling is very fresh and up to date with a lot of blacks and reds. The breakfast, although smaller than many Israeli hotels, is outstanding. All the food was really delicious. Location is good too.

That being said, I would not stay here again. The rooms are noisy from the traffic outside to the thin walls. It is annoying to hear someone in the next room blow their nose and I don't want to hear horns honking at 5 am. The rooms are small. Fine for 1 person for a night or 2, but not for an extended stay with luggage. I also found the staff to appear either bored, annoyed or not trained.

Dear Guest,
Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts and for your honest opinions. Guest feedback is always important to us and we hold these remarks in the highest regard. We are very happy to hear you enjoyed our large selection of food at the breakfast buffet, along with our modern decor. We are sorry to hear about your trouble with noise, all of our windows are double coated with special noise blocking glass. However we do understand that those staying in rooms facing the street are more sensitive to street sounds and thus we apologize for any inconvenience you may have felt. We are upset to hear your experience with our staff. Being friendly, helpful and conducting ourselves in the utmost professional manner is what we strive for everyday, and we have been praised repeatedly for such behavior. However we are sorry that we were unable to express this behavior in a strong enough manner for you to recognize and we hope that you may give us the opportunity to exemplify this in the future.

The location of the hotel is good, opposite a small park and then the beach. But the room was not very comfortable. The central air conditioning was still on, and there was no way to turn it off. They did give me a small space heater, but it didn't help much. I had to remake the bed to bring the cover all the way up and used both the extra blankets that were supplied. Breakfast was good. The staff was very pleasant and helpful.

I was expecting more since I stay at a sister property in Jerusalem

The bed is split which makes it very narrow, the shower is complicated and does not offer enough pressure

The Happy hour offering are much more limited.

On the plus side customer service and personel are helpful and friendly.
