“Exceptional Experience”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed March 19, 2012

I would like to express our deepest satisfaction from our last stay in "Dan Panorama" hotel .
We were given a royal treatment out of everyone, starting with the reception staff members to the dining staff and housekeeping members.
I think Dan Panorama Tel-Aviv has one of the best if not the best breakfast we ever had.
I would like to thank Ago, Yuval and Ralf -reception, for their wonderful attitude and efficiency.
Can't wait for the next visit!!!

Our view was of a rooftop. On our second stay, we asked for a room with a view of the mediterranean and got it. Rooms are nice. Balcony could be bigger so you could sit out on it. Make sure you go to the market just up the street.

Room Tip: Ask for a view of the sea

We spend one night in this hotel. The thing that "make" our weekend was very interesting trip to old Yaffo at night and trip to Neve Tzedek next morning. The guides were very pleasent and fascinating. It was also the free service of hotel. very nice!!!

This was our first trip to Israel and the first hotel of three we stayed at during our visit to The Holy Land. The Dan Panorama was a nice hotel. Our room was on the 11th floor which offered a nice view of the Mediterranean and although not a 5-star hotel, it proved comfortable, with a friendly staff and excellent dining room. Would have enjoyed using the pool, however, it was still Winter in Israel and we found the pool was still drained and closed to the public. We enjoyed a nice stroll along the Mediterranean boardwalk, both at night and in the morning. All in all, the beds were comfortable and the amenities satisfied our needs. The access to Jaffa was great.

Room Tip: We had a nice room located on the 11th floor, which offered great views.

Staff were excellent especially Ralph and Mr. Sassi who helped retrieve my lost luggage. Work out room was real good and the buffet breakfasts were amazing. Enjoyed talking with
Ella the quite capable bartender at the hotel's piano bar. Views outstanding and key destination points like great beaches, Old Jaffa and Neve Tzedech are within walking distance along with Manta Ray - an outstanding restaurant on the sea.

This was to be my first trip for 15 days to Israel; I ended up very sick & in the hospital within the first 24hrs of landing and returned home early. Hence, I stayed 5 days in the hotel, except when I was hospitalized. However, I can tell you that the hotel staff was accommodating, kind, caring and as helpful as one could ask. They sent someone out to a local market to buy me Schweppes Ginger Ale as that was all I could hold down, sometimes. They prepared special food just for me when I returned to the hotel from the hospital. The rooms are virtually sound proof; I know there were little children on my floors but they could barely be heard. Housekeeping is proficient and efficient; when I asked for evening service, Guest Services called to confirm that I had indeed received the service & it was to my liking. Beginning with Yuval at the Front Desk, including Merav, Michal and Keren and ending with Chen, the GM, I have never in this country experienced anything such as this and was ill once before in NYC & didn't have this kind of experience. When I'm in Israel again, and I plan to be, I will only stay at the Dan Panorama Tel Aviv. There is no substitute for quality surroundings and service.

Room Tip: Get rooms on West Side so you see the Mediterranean Sea.

We spent 2 nights at the hotel which caters both to business travelers and tourists like ourselves. The check-in at 4 am was slow as there were quite a few midnight flights carrying a lot of travelers, but only 1 night manager at reception.
The room was fine, large with comfortable finishings and a partial view of the Mediterranean sea. The buffet breakfast was varied and tasty, with the barista stand with a real life barista a big plus. Location was great, and we walked to old Jaffa in 20 mins. The cool
Neighborhood of Neve Tzedek was also right behind the hotel.
Service was ok and we would've appreciated free wifi, luckily most cafes in tel aviv provide that.
