Description: Kitchen Market is a contemporary fusion restaurant above the farmers' market in Tel Aviv's famous port Namal which is a popular destination for foodies. The market is a source of the finest ingredients, brought up straight to the kitchen. Pure flavors, made with passion by talented Israeli chef Yossi Shitrit, for people that love food. Overlooking the lively harbor and food market you can enjoy a great and bustling atmosphere while eating dinner, ending your evening with a stunning and romantic ocean view sunset.

My husband and I happened on this gem of a restaurant on Fri night. Ask for Amir from Boston - he took great care if us while we were there - excellent wine and food recommendations and just enough chit chat without being intrusive. Had the foie gras egg - crazy concoction - Yossi the chef is a genius!! It looked and felt like an actual egg and the mango "yolk" is delicious as can be. Finished off with some excellent desserts as well. Everything was spot on and at a great price. I felt like I was back in NYC at a top new restaurant there. If you can't get a window seat have no fear - the view of the market and the smaller room has a nice cozy feel to it. Going back there tonight with friends once more before we leave!

Let's start with saying the food is good. But I would recommend lunch there and not dinner. Not only, I would probably not go there on a day in which the indoor market is closed.
Set on the second floor of the indoor market, if you sit by the windows looking into the market, you will actually enjoy the buzz. Evening time you better book a place by the windows looking to the port, although u can't really see much if it's dark.
Each time I took something else and the food was always fresh.
It's not a place to dress up and go with your spouse . I would say it's the place to spill your heart over to your best friend. If you get too emotional you can always pretend to look at the market right below you...
Enjoyyyyy

Great place for dinner, we take the fillet and it was very tasty, the egg is something different from everything else we try, you should try this.

This was our first meal in Tel Aviv after we arrived. After reading through the great reviews and felt extremely lucky that we managed to get a table with early dinner slot at 630pm, we were really pleased with the quality of our food and the professional and warm service from our waiter. We were at the communal table but it is not really crowded and cramped together like most communal dining space. All our dishes were close to perfect – lettuce with blue cheese and beetroot, red mullet and pan-fried seabass. Our fishes were moist and succulent and cooked just right. Try to book early to get a sunset view if you can. Open kitchen concept and really kudo to all the cooking staff who have just created high heights for the culinary scene of Tel Aviv.
