Description: Regina - a kosher restaurant set in a breathtaking Mediterranean building, constructed in the 19th century. Heavy iron gates surround a traditional inner courtyard packedwith plants and flowers, and the rooms’ design features chandeliers, old-fashioned shutters and lots of marble – just like in the old daysThe kitchen is located in one of the rooms, and creates a captivating range of dishes from all corners of the world – Hungarian goulash, Kreplach soup, salmon delicatessen, avocado salad and dishes inspired by the railway station with its Babel of languages and tastes brought by the new immigrants on their way to and from.

Had a very pleasurable dinner. Plenty of food...lots, in fact. Great appetizers..and very good
entres as well. Service very attentive. Flavors represent the local tastes and would adventure to go to the train station again.

“Nice breakfast - no Dairy”
3 of 5 bubbles Reviewed November 10, 2013

Liked - the original Shakshuka with eggplants for breakfast.
Disliked - they keep strict Jewish Kosher kitchen - with no Dairy products. This means breakfast is served without milk in your coffee or any other cheese or dairy products.

“Tasty food in the trendy Old Railway station in Jaffa”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed November 2, 2013 via mobile

I ate here with colleagues. I had never been to the Old Railway station before, but I will be back to try out some other restaurants
This is a kosher restaurant (so no milk in your coffee!) and very traditional food
We had a selection of starters, all of which were very good. I then had the special meatballs in tahini. They were excellent! Good wine list.
The service could have been better and the food wasn't quite as warm as it should have been when served
But the setting is beautiful, especially if you sit outside

“Delicious food in great setting”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed October 17, 2013

We happened on this restaurant almost by accident - what a lucky occurrence. The food was delicious. So many choices. I had the Jerusalem chicken prepared with fruit. Very good. Our appetizers included wonderful Morroccan bread -- crispy on the outside and soft inside, and the oddly named "sweetish" chooped liver. It didn't take sweet but like most delicious chopped liver (with no egg). The service was friendly and efficient and we ate at an outside table. Great experience. If we had stayed in Tel Aviv longer,we definitely would have eated here again.
