Thank you to our host and owner Avi. Incredible staff, can't say enough about the sweet charming, helpful front desk, waitress and wait staff. Irit, Sarit, and Lior, made checking in and daily activities see less, inviting . Thank you to sweet Tal in the restaraunt. Great rooms, breakfast is incredible. Go enjoy the Rothschild.

Room Tip: Great rooms, enjoy the city center, and the hip part of town able to walk everywhere.

My Husband and I stayed one night in the Rothschild hotel.
We had an amazing stay!
Everything was excellent, from the personal greeting by the owner, the little extras we received, the extremely nice staff, or the pampering room and breakfast!

Perfect getaway! (And we live in Tel-Aviv)

The staff are very pleasant. The breakfasts are nice. The only problem is that the rooms facing Rothschild Boulevard are noisy. You can hear each car, truck or motorcycle as it goes by. If you're a heavy sleeper, then no problem. Otherwise, take a room not facing the street.

good location (if you dont mind to be far from the beach )
comfortable room ,modern and well equipped especially the bathroom but small
the food and the service at the restaurant is not satisfactory and on top of all to seat on a table for dinner in front of the reception its very unpleasant.
the berakfast - good quality but for the price that we pay i expected for mor choices
the reception give you the filling that they dont have time for you and although we mentioned that we are celebrating our anniversary nothing was done or put in the room

Room Tip: room at the first floor are extremely noisy

Before going to Israel, my wife and I had heard mostly bad things about hotels in Israel. On the whole, we heard prcies were quite expensive, rooms were outdatet, and small. After looking around , The Rothschild looked like the best choice in Tel Aviv... We are very glad we stayed here. It was much like staying in a great Boutique hotel in Europe. The location is unbeatable. The staff was energetic and extremely helpful. And, the restaurant is one of Tel Aviv's best. On to the Pros and Cons:

Pros:
1. Location- Situated on Rothschild Blvd, you can walk just about anywhere in Tel Aviv from the hotel. Rothschild is best walking street in Tel Aviv. It was cool to step outside the hotel and see people walking dogs or jogging. The attitude was very relaxed. There is some traffic, but generally this area is fairly quiet so the hotel made for good sleeping.
2. The rooms- Very well appointed. The rooms are a little small as you would expect, but everything is done right. All the right touches inclusing fantastic shampoos and bathing products all made in Israel. Top Notch!
3. The staff- We arrive to the hotel the first night at 1:30am. Tired from a couple of long flights, the staff was very friendly and helpful even in the very early morning. They pointed is to a great restaurant the next day and gave us great directions.
4. The restaurant- The breakfast included with the room was top notch. Try the Israeli Breakfast! We had dinner as well on our last night in Israel. The fish dishes were extremely well executed. We were very impressed with how fresh everything was and all ingredients were sourced in Israel.

Cons:
Hard to find any. The hotel is not cheap, but certainly not more than any other good hotel in Tel Aviv. The location, staff, rooms, and restaurant make this a must stay in Israel. Great job to the owner of this hotel. Well done!

Thoroughly enjoyed our 5 day stay at Rothschild. Superb location and spacious luxury suite. Hi tech rooms made the stay even more comfortable. Breakfasts were high quality and vast. Definitely one of Tel Aviv finest hotels.
