Definitely suited to business travelers. Nothing but the basics in this hotel. Be sure to ask for an executive level room so you are in an upper floor which will give you a view of the Mediterranean. Great location to walk to the beach, but not many restaurants close by. This hotel is not near shopping or any attractions, but we were able to walk to the Jaffa port and back through the Shuk without tiring.
The rooms were clean, but linen was starchy, towels were small - as was the bathroom. The breakfast was a traditional Israeli Buffet breakfast and in a small room with not enough seating if you happened to want breakfast when everyone else did.
Hotel parking was limited forcing us to park in the street and walk with bags. And you will need to carry bags up one flight of stairs to the elevators which will only hold two bags and two people.
If you are looking for a 3 star hotel with the basics, this one will do!

Room Tip: Ask for a high floor with a view of the Mediterranean.

We stayed there for one night druing New Years and expected for a 4 star hotel a nicer welcome from the staff. It was more a rotine for them to do there job, but they didnt make you feel special. The room was clean, but make shure if you have the front view, on the back you look at contruction buildings which is not nice at all. You cant do much wrong with that joice but shure you will find better places for that value. In the morning, the breakfast room is crowded and they were running out of cupes, so you had to drink coffee out of paper cups. There was no freshly made coffee either.

Room Tip: Dont choose the back view room, no view at all, just contrcutions buildings.

The hotel is quite small, in the centre of Tel Aviv, just a few minutes walk from the beach. Shops and restaurants are in the same street, as very good and frequent public transport.

The staff is very friendly and service orientated. I stayed twice in this hotel within a few weeks and at return I was warmly welcomed by the checkin staff.

The breakfast is excelllent as most Israeli breakfasts are just delicious and healthy. The hotel has no restaurant for diner or a swimmingpool. but with so many excellent restaurants in Tel Aviv and the beach around the corner there is no need for those services.

There is although a small fitness room, with nice view on Tel Aviv and the see.

The worst part during my stay was the outspoken rudeness of the staff. When I arrived at 2.30 AM in the morning there was no welcome but I was pushed to hand over my credit card. As I booked with miles, the night attendant insisted on clarifying a discrepancy between my and the corporate card before letting me check in. It could have waited. This was a very frustrating experience. During my stay I did not encounter one friendly hotel employee and the place rakes of perfume.
The room itself was ok aside from some spider webs., the bed rather uncomfortable.
