We stayed at the hotel for two nights and we loved it. It is so cool and retro in a very fashionoble way.
The idea to corperate with small restaurants for breakfast is absolutely brilliant and a great way to be introduced to small areas in tel Aviv.
The staff are cery nice and serviceminded.

Dear RikkeVestmar,

Thank you very much for taking the time to offer your feedback. We are very happy to hear you enjoyed our breakfast options – they certainly are all delicious restaurants and are each great representations of Israeli cuisine. We are also glad to know you enjoyed our staff’s attentiveness, as this is a very important part of any hotel and a greatly valued service within ours.

We hope to see back at the Brown TLV Urban Hotel soon!

Warm regards,

We stayed in Brown TLV for 3 nights and enjoyed it.

The best things about the hotel:
- choice of breakfasts from 5 cafes in the neighbourghood and those cafes are very nice. If breakfast hadn't been included, I would probably still chose to eat breakfast in those cafes on my own. I especially liked Lulu in Neve Tzedek, although I didn't have enough time to try all of them.
- rooftop deck - the hotel doesn't have the pool, but there are sunbeds & a bar, which wasn't open in March, but I can imagine how nice it is in the warmer days.

The downsides:
- there's a construction site opposite the hotel, and work starts very early, so if you prefer to sleep with an open window, it'll be very loud
- the hotel is a bit (only a bit) shabby, it's not bad, it just looks newer in the pictures.
That said, I believe staying in Brown TLV was a great experience and great value and I would definitely recommend to stay there.

Dear Nastiafo,

Thank you for your constructive feedback. We are thrilled to hear you enjoyed our amazing breakfast options, especially Lulu’s Kitchen, it is a very special place, as well as our rooftop deck. Next time we would love to invite you to enjoy our rooftop Jacuzzi with a bubbly glass of cava to stay warm or to chill out during your next stay!
As for the construction taking place near the hotel, I would like to apologize for any disturbance it may have caused. We continue to hold discussions with the Tel Aviv Municipality to ensure that construction takes place only at reasonable hours. As always, our guests’ comfort, peace and quiet are our main priority.

We hope to see you the next time you travel to Tel Aviv.

Warmest regards,

Andrea Nathan

I stayed at the Brown for three nights after a week of travel throughout Israel. I was ready for some serious comfort and luxury and I found it at Brown. The rooms are small but thoughtfully appointed and VERY comfortable. The staff could not be more accommodating - LOVED Paola, Leah, Rotem, Natalia, and Amelie. Well-located and within walking distance to everything, this was the perfect stop at the end of a heavy week of travel. I stayed with my adult daughter and we were both very pleased. Cannot wait to go back!!

We visited Tel Aviv for a short break and loved the Brown Hotel. It is a well-designed, excellently-located boutique hotel and we had a fantastic time there. The hotel itself looks great, the branding and all their stuff is well done. The rooms are small but nicely outfitted - the bathroom is good (no tub in our room), and it felt very comfortable. THere was a complimentary bottle of wine and chocolates which made it feel special, as well as robes and slippers. The only downside (not their fault) is that there is major construction across the street and the work started at 7am.
The roof terrace and the bar are beautiful and are probably even better in the spring and summer (too cold right now for the jacuzzi and outdoor showers!). Breakfast at the local eateries is great, and you dont have to worry about not getting down for breakfast in time, as in a regular hotel. And using the free bikes was such a nice extra, and totally worth it.
THe service was really excellent - there wasn't a single staff member who was not helpful and just had a level of willingness to help that isn't typical in Israeli hotels. Overall, fantastic, we would definitely go back again!

OK, the room was a bit small ... but that's the only negative about the Brown TLV Urban Hotel. Great location - convenient to shopping and a short walk to the beach and more. Best of all - the staff. They go out of their way to make everything perfect, and they did. From suggesting restaurants to arranging taxi service during challenging times. Kudos to GM Danny Tamari and his staff for a wonderul staff. Champagne and water at the front-desk upon check-in. Wine and chocolates in the room were a real nice touch. Appreciate the complimentary breakfast at one of five nice local restaurants. Will return, definitely recommend! 5-stars all the way!

Dear Rossco814,

Thank you for your kind words about the Brown. We cannot express how much your words mean to us as a small-boutique hotel. We take immense pride in our staff and are happy that you received top-level service from each of our managers and front desk staff members. My recommendation for making your next stay with us the best it can be would be to possibly consider one of our larger rooms, either the Relax or Deluxe, so that we can help maximize your satisfaction.

Hope Chicago is feeling the effects of spring – and if not there is always sunny Tel Aviv and the Brown Hotel to return to!
