Very nice and house minded service.
Nice and quiet atmosphere,
Wonderful roof terrace.
Nice food for the breakfast and the Happy Hour.
You will feel like at home with wonderful service and attention from the whole team.

Room Tip: Ask for rear rooms that are very quiet.

This charming hotel exceeded all our expectations. Our 9 day stay was very enjoyable. The staff was professional, efficient and exceptionally friendly and helpful. The room and bathroom (superior) were kept immaculently clean. The breakfast was superb: everything fresh, wide assortment to choose from and extremely friendly and attentive staff, and last but not least, the "Happy Hour" was perfect. We really felt at home and will definitely recommend this hotel to all our friends.
Annelies & Barry Cohn

Room Tip: We would advise a superior room.

This was a good surprise! Great hotel with very very good service. Nice big rooms, some with Jacuzzis and big beds. The breakfast is good with nice personal service and walking distance to Tel Aviv port with great restaurants. In the afternoon they have happy hour with live music included in the price.

Stayed here for a holiday break of seven nights. The hotel ambience is extremely relaxing. The superior room (recommended), front facing the park and promenade with a distant sea view was spacious, extremely comfortable, with a large bed, a modern high standard appointed bathroom and kept clean and spotless during our stay. The staff throughout the hotel are always helpful, courteous and on hand to assist and advise. The rooftop terrace whilst compact is very well appointed with a variety of comfortable well maintained relaxing furniture. It's location means that within a few minutes you can be in the charming park opposite and the promenade beyond. The breakfast was excellent with a wide variety to suit all tastes, kept continuously supplied and served within a generous time scale, whilst the additional free food and drink provided in the late afternoon is a generous well laid out appetiser. I would just point out that it's location on the beach front means there is a main road passing directly outside which might not suit those who are light sleepers or easily disturbed. This a hotel that goes out of it's way to please their guests and deserves it's rating. I booked directly with the hotel through it's own website which I found efficient and responsive and again also helpful in pre-arranging a number of excursions.

We had a wonderfull time at hotel shalom Tel Aviv! It felt like being at home and getting pampered in a cozy home atmosfere, which we realy prefered over an unpersonal approach you often get in big hotels.
The rooms are nice and the breakfast is great, what possibly could you want more?
:-))).
The location is also perfect, right in the middle of the beach area of Tel Aviv and close to restaurants and shops.
We will be back.

Our three generational family of 7 stayed here the night before leaving Israel. Across the street was a wonderful park for the children and it led right down to the beach promenade. It is a smaller, boutique hotel, a welcome change from the very large and busy hotels. Breakfast was wonderful, the soft music playing during breakfast was delightful and relaxing. It is a short walk to all kinds of shopping, bars, restaurants, markets, etc.

Room Tip: Located on a busy street, avoid rooms in front if street noise bothers you.

We have just arrived back home after spending a super nine nights at the Shalom Hotel and Relax in Tel Aviv. Perfectly positioned for the beach, restaurants, walking and touring. Excellent service. Wonderful and imaginative breakfasts and a really appreciated 'Happy Hour.' Bright, clean and tastefully decorated and the most charming staff. Would most certainly recommend this hotel to anyone who appreciates spending time in Tel Aviv, whether it is for vacation or business. The hotel was full - in fact it was over full - and it's not difficult to see why. The additional roof terrace was a blessing. The only complaint: that maybe there should either be a courtesy bar on the roof or someone serving the occasional drink or even a machine where one could buy a coke... Otherwise, it was perfect.

Room Tip: The rooms at the back will be quieter as they are not directly overlooking Hayarkon Street. However...
