It is a bit difficult to find at first but you must look carefully on the right side of the carpet shop. The is a grey gate door that takes you inside the entrance.
They were refurbishing the lift during my stay but they didn't bother at all.
I check in late at night and nobody was at reception but I received all the details by mail before my arrival. When I left there wasn't anybody there too so I left a paper note with my details. They charged to my visa card without any peoblem and they sent me the invoice directly to my e mail. The rooms were great, there was only one little problem, the electric kettle wasn't working.
I was so glad the first time that the second time I had to go to Israel I thought it was the best option.
All the comunicarions with Barak (supervisor) were great and pleasent.

You must go to the top floor launge -terrace it's lovely view.

Thank you Barak for.everything

We were looking for a nice place by the beach in Tel Aviv. Great choice! Beach about 100 meters away, Yarkon park about 200 meters away, lots of bars, restaurants and shops nearby in the refurbished old port, many T.A. sights within walking distance (well, almost). Room a bit smallish, but meticulously cleaned every day. Owner VERY helpful - granted us a late checkout free of charge, helped with booking theater tickets, taxi etc. If you want to be close to the sea without spending a fortune - this is the place. Note - currently no elevator, but will be ready by April - work on it has already started.

This apartment complex has a few good but many bad points. First the good: the location is excellent. It is just by the Tel Aviv Port area which has been transformed into a leisure zone with bars, restaurants, shops and cafes. The wonderful beach is 3 minutes away from the front door. Also the place has a rather lovely roof garden overlooking the Med with comfy chairs and loungers. There is no service as such up there and the vending machine was virtually empty.
On the down side, the room itself was small and rather worn out - rickety light fittings, dirty windows which had zero noise reduction. The 'kitchen' area has a kettle and microwave, two wine glasses, two cups and that's about it. No sink or hob.
A bizarre touch is the bathroom wall..made of see-through glass so privacy is out. It's a mystery why anyone would think this is a good idea unless you enjoy seeing your room mates on the toilet or in the bath. The bath was good - a jet spa thing.
The view from the windows was truly horrible. For 'See the Sea' read, 'See a huge plaster wall' or on the other side, 'See a builder's rubbish tip on the roof opposite and oh, yes, you can just glimpse the sea' It was the worst view I have every seen and for a business that sells itself on what you can see, that seemed bizarre.
If you only intend to sleep at night, and want to be near the beach or port, this is a good choice but not a cheap one. For the same price, we had a swanky apartment in Dizengoff's smart area which included a full Israeli breakfast.

Room Tip: I think there is one room on the third floor (maybe room 48) that probably has a decent sea view.

Nightmare coming true.
You come to the room and at the first look it is nicely designed. But you are hit by smell of dirty old wet underware. You run to open the window. You close it imediatelly (it face yard with thousand aircon units all running).

Then you discover smal things - no outlet in reach of bed, so again to chargé iphone with no access to switch it of when it sound the alarm in the morning. Hmm, still not SO bad. Then
you go to toilet, come back and tehn - what is this smell? Aha, clever architect put wall between bathroom and room with wood with an inch spares between them. Looking nice but I prefer to have bathroom with ventilator and possibility to close it, don't you? BTW - towels are washed in smoking cleaning service:-(

Then I go to sleep. On the bed are wonderfuly looking BIG pilows hanging on hooks on the wall to give support to your backs. But the bed is 190 cm. I am 180 cm. So the all go to the floor. And idea comes - all normal sized people did the same but they do not have sheets for changing..

It is hot. So I switched on airconditioning. It flows exactly at bed. Cold wind. Fixed. As I do not want to be sick next day, I use the window. With all the noise.

Then I wake up as somebody is IN THE ROOM (around the corner, you see the light from open doors from coridor. I started to shout. and the guy run away. No lock on the door, just outside the hi-teccode systém. So I barricade the doors and pray for luck.

NEVER EVER ANY MORE!

Very nice hotel nearby the harbour of Tel Aviv. Rooms are very clean and bathroom well equiped. The code you get to enter the hotel and the room is nice since you don't need to walk around with a key. Great terras on the rooftop. Hotel manager is very efficient and helpfull and reachable even if the reception is closed. Possibilty to have breakfast in a restaurant close by (Shaked) which serves great capuccino.

We arrived around midnight. we received a code to enter the hotel and another code for the room.
No person was there.
After climbing 3 floors with 4 suitcases, (no elevator), we found a room that wasn't cleaned. We had sand on the bed and medications and papers of the previous tenant.
Room was outdated, tiny , with no view.
We called the hotel number and they told us nothing they can do about it.
We went out of the room to sleep with relatives.
Few good things: They canceled our reservation and didn't charge us. We liked the location.

Room Tip: Don't go there.

Great place to stay in the heart of the Nemal, the port area North of Tel Aviv. Very clean, good size rooms and good size bathrooms. The Manager Barak was especially helpful when we needed extra towels and, hair dryer and general information on Tel Aviv. Quite noisy at night especially when the clubs were tipping out but our room was at the front maybe rooms at the back are quieter. The a/c in the room was a godsend and worked really well, there isn't any a/c in the public areas. The roof terrace is the jewel in the crown at See The Sea and spent a few days just chilling up there, there are only two umbrellas but there is a brilliant shower on the roof to cool down, there are plenty of beds and seats. The only real downside is the lack of an elevator, we arrived with 5 cases and had to carry them up 5 flights of steps with no staff to help and no air-conditioning. It's a 10-15 minute walk to the beach but the shops and restaurants of the port are right on the doorstep. I would stay here again (but next time I will bring one case) and probably ask for a room at the back. But highly recommended.

Room Tip: Get a room at the back, don't bother with the breakfast voucher (you only save a dollar or two...
