This hotel, part of the Atlas Hotel group, is an excellent choice when leaving Israel from Ben Gurion airport. The staff is welcoming, the rooms large, clean and well air conditioned. Fresh, traditional Israeli breakfast. Very good value for price. Taxi to airport is included in price of room, which we did not need since we had wheels - but parking was comped. Well marked directions to airport. In all, a good way to end our trip.

It was perfect for my 4 teenaged sons and I who were exhausted from our life and international travel.. I agree totally with the other recent reviews who also gave out "Very Good" ratings. I personally was happy to only have to pay $52US cab fare once from the Airport to the Sadot on the Sabbath. This was our first experience in Israel, and after a good nights sleep and an extensive interesting breakfast for US Citizens. We took time to enjoy the beautiful flowers, shrubs and trees on the Hospital grounds and shop thru the attached Mall. Our cab driver did not want to take us to a Hotel that was connected to the Hospital...I assured him this was where I wanted to stay and I was sure it was fine. We took up the Sadat on their free Shuttle to the airport to meet up with our tour group. That 1 way free shuttle was one of the main reasons we stayed here other then it is also one of the nicest rated hotels close to the airport.

Room Tip: No noise issues....

The hotel is clean, quiet, and convenient to Ben-Gurion airport. The only thing lacking is a good restaurant nearby, although there is a food court in the same building as the hotel. I would recommend this hotel as a stopover if you are planning to catch an early flight out of the airport.

Everything was as promised. It's not lavish -- think Fairfield Inn -- but the desk staff was helpful, the taxi was on time (and free) to the airport, and they made a snack especially for me for my 2 am departure. Yes, I'd stay there again. Only issue was that it is inside a kibbutz with significant security and a non-intuitive street layout. But the security part is good too.

Room Tip: any will do fine.

Beautiful hotel and beautiful, comfortable room, superb breakfast, helpful and pleasant staff, very conveniently situated for access from Ben Gurion airport. The only reason why not full marks is that there was no shuttle service from the airport to the hotel. (There was one from the hotel to the airport).

We stayed here for one night at the end of our Israel tour in order to be close to the airport for a very early pickup for our flight home. We were more than a little flabbergasted to find the hotel was on the 3rd floor of a hospital and the 1st floor is a shopping mall (McDonalds, etc.) Another Israeli hotel where we felt we were in a crazy dream of some sort. The hotel seemed brand new, our room was large and pleasant, and we had free wi-fi. Hubby was thrilled to eat downstairs in the mall and we were able to find plenty of places to purchase inexpensive incidentals (bottled water, snacks, etc.) Would definitely stay here again if we return to beautiful Israel.

Dear Joyce S,
Thank you for your complementary review. We are happy to hear you enjoyed your room and the services provided at our hotel. The hotel is actually not located in a hospital however there is one just by the hotel. Thank you for choosing to stay at the Sadot Hotel, we look forward to welcoming you back in the future.

There are no true airport hotels in the Ben Gurion perimeter like most cities. This is one of the closest. They offer a o/w free transfer back to the airport so you only have to factor in getting there. Its a very good choice if you have been touring all day and just need a hotel to sleep in before your early flight the next day. It is very hip in an unlikely location. Fun boutique décor, lounge type lobby and breakfast room - very cheerful hotel. Nice breakfast choices, newspapers, wifi - comfy! Nice quiet rooms. Recommend for any "airport" needs.
