“Industrial zone Italian theme pasta bar - good and average”
Reviewed July 4, 2013

Well off the touristy areas of west TA, this large modern designed fast food bar/restaurant is situated to the east of the city (across the Ayalon Freeway) in the area you would usually go to buy a car. As a location, there is nothing going for it. Come her for a reasonable meal of traditional "Italian" fare (no Pizza), and bar.

The main points:

Brilliant: NO MUZAC (at all!), and no smoking.

Good: Access and parking not a major hurdle. Spacious and all internal seating (Lots of banquet type seating which is a blessed relief from the usual dreadfully uncomfortable chairs that TA restaurants seem to specialise in). Quick service in the usual amateur manner.

OK -: standard fare menu: the usual starters, "insalat", antipasto, pasta, secundi and dolche. Inclusive generous hunk of focaccia with standard balsamic olive oil dip and a chunk of butter (!) The wine list is much longer and wide ranging with reasonable collection of wines by the glass. Tables bare but you do get real cloth napkins.
Adequate -: (just).- Large salad - over oiled and salted and lacked fresh flavours. Grilled Mushrooms - over oiled and over salted and little else in the way of flavour, 2 pasta dishes - good quality pasta spoiled by any real stand out flavours and ..... over oiled, over garlicked, and .... over salted. Evidence of fresh herbes in all the dishes, but GOK what happend to their flavours Perhaps poor choices? Other tables fare looked more interesting (doesn't it always). Didn't try the sweets.

Reasonable -: (For TA that is). Pretty hard to push the boat out food cost wise. Drinks range from very average to some expensive wines as you chose. IRO ₪200-300 ($60-80) per head for 3 courses and bottle of standard fare wine.

Summary: nicely laid out industrial uninspiring "Italian" fast food in a rather depressing location. Certainly not worth a special journey, though may work well if you want a largish group and you want to be able to talk to each other. You can always do your grocery shopping at the same time, a large supermarket adjacent. Sadly most of the many car showrooms in close proximity are closed in the evening.

“Best pasta in town,a bit overpriced”
Reviewed June 28, 2013 via mobile

They had a downgrade about two years ago,but we came back at least 5 times lately and fortunately they made a comeback.Creative sauces, fresh sea food, rare and surprisng combinations and very wide choice.Best pasta in town,(maybe Mel and Michelle can fight back).
Minus:Poor location for tourist (eastren Tel Aviv,no other places nearby).A bit overpriced (60-95 NIS for pasta with sea food).

“There is nothing special in the restaurant, the restaurant location is not convenient”
Reviewed June 24, 2013

Besides hearty service waiters, special design would not recommend you to trouble yourself to go especially for another Italian restaurant food really is not worth the price
There are many Italian restaurants more convenient locations, and a higher return for your money

“Never Dissapointed”
Reviewed June 24, 2013

Have eaten at this restaurant several times on different occasions, couples & family & friends, and was never dissapointed. The food is always great as well as the service, professional and curtious. If I would have to choose I would probally say that this is one the best restaurants in Israel.
