This hotel is characterized as a business hotel, and this is usually the reason for my staying, at the hotel. but thanks to special clean and simple design rooms, and great location (center of tel aviv; 2 minutes walking from the train station; one minute walking from the "azrieli" mall) and the hotel shuttles to the beach and other places- this hotel is wonderful for the business man/woman, as well, for couples who wants to have fun in tel aviv. Me and my wife, were in the dlx rooms and the studio rooms- both are good, but the studio room is much bigger, and you have free wifi and media center in your room, and free access to the business lounge at the 20th floor. For conclusion- very recommended..

I checked in to this hotel a few times over the past years. First was a great hotel but not anymore. The services just gone down to the drain. Unfriendly staffs especially the experience one. Trainee gives better services at the front desk. Each time check in they will ask you to fill up all the data over and over again.
Room is fine. Air condition. Shower is terrible. Water leak out from the gap of the shower screen and all toilet is like flooded. By whatever reason, they have put one marble similar like the size of the shower on the floor. However when you step on it, It is feeling like stepping on a uneven drain cover on the road. Bedding is comfortable and internet is fine with wifi only. You can ask for 2 wifi card from the front desk, one for each device.
Breakfast is terrible. Same old thing, no service. I have to shouting for my tea yet they have no sense of timely response.
The hotel is connecting to the mall and a supermarket is at the door step.
If you want to confirm your room type being reserve, dont just based on the paper. You need to call them to reserve it for you day before. Reservation Confirmation is not a confirmation.
In conclusion, if you dont care about service and just want to stay and go, this is not a bad hotel. Believe me, even up to the manager level, they are not helpful at all.

I´ve stayed for a month. It´s a nice and modern Hotel.

Pros: Good breakfast, very good gym, helpful staff, very clean and new. One mention to Ron, very helpful and friendly.

Cons: The shuttle to the beach not always went on time. When I left, I forget in the room some belongings which I couldn’t recover them again (I made lots of calls to the hotel, but they didn´t recovered them).

We stayed here for 3 nights whilst visiting Tel Aviv for the first time. The hotel itself is very modern with lovely bedrooms, which are very clean (apart from the top glass shelf above the minibar, which was thick with dust). The shower also leaked out all over the bathroom floor. The hotel has a restaurant on the 11th floor - excellent food and the steaks are amazing! Service is also great. We went for breakfast however decided not to eat here as it was £16 and the selection was poor and the food was not our kind of food, very middle eastern. Service at the front desk was average, could of been better. Friendly but never went the extra mile. Location wise it's not the best, you are connected to the Azrelli Mall which is the best mall we came across with loads of shops and cafes, however you need to get the 63 bus into town if you want to get into the centre and the beach. The 63 bus leaves just outside the mall. My recommendation is to stay in one of the many hotels that are located on the beach front. This area is lovely with loads of bars and cafes. "The Port" at the beach is also really nice if the weather is good. We rented bikes from one of the many docking stations in the city/beach - this is the best way to get around Tel Aviv if you aren't driving. I would stay again at the Crowne Plaza but it would not be my first choice, next time we will stay on the beach.
