Nice hotels, the location is great !!! near the old city (By walking).
The room was small, but if you just need a plac to sleep and travel most of the day, it is definitely satisfied.
Breakfast is simple and nice.
*We stayed there at the middle weak. Don't know how is the service and breakfast on Saturday (Sabbath issue...)

The hotel is very sweet and small, very friendly and helpful staff and the rooms were very clean. we stayed in a room that has a small balcony with a view over rooftops and trees which was lovely.
Breakfast was served downstairs and it was very israeli with a selection of salads, cornflakes and cheese. Tea, coffee and juice were also freely available.

The location was excellent. A twenty minute walk from the old city in a very quiet part of town with none of the noise or pollution of the old city.

All in all, lovely stay!

Room Tip: Room 22 :)

We had a 2 day stay here as a family. The location is convenient, on some of Jerusalem's nicest streets, and the interior of the hotel is attractive and fairly quaint. The staff were friendly and helpful and on hand 24 hours a day. Breakfast was quite average, compared to the Israeli standard of more fresh salads and choice, but sufficient. The rooms were a bit "tired" and not well finished. Overall it worked well as the place was pleasant and well located, but I wouldn't stay there for the hotel itself.

24 hour reception - OK
Rooms - 2/5 - Need a deep clean and some work on the fittings
Safe in rooms (safe is small but OK)
Carpets need to be replaced or cleaned
Breakfast is 2/5 - Probably good for Israeli people but a bit odd for travellers (spicy tomato spread and the like)

Firstly the good points... the position of the hotel was great, the rooms were fine, maybe a little tired, but the bed was comfy, the shower hot and there was a TV, aircon and free wifi. If you're not spending any time in the hotel, just using it to sleep, then it is an average place to stay.

But the staff were unhelpful at best, they just didn't make any effort. They rarely said good morning or good evening, just sat behind the desk. The breakfast was uninteresting, they could really do with putting out some fresh fruit - there were apples, but they weren't the best (there's a fruit market 100 yards away with a huge selection of fruit which i recommend for breakfast).

The place just wasn't very friendly or welcoming.

The staff is absolutely nice and helpful. We reserved the apartment with two rooms and a bathroom to share, but we we arrived the boy at the reception allowed us to change and we get two separate bedrooms each with its bathroom at the same price. Rooms and the furniture were a little too old and consequently not so clean. Also common spaces (just the reception and the stairs) are old and not so clean. Breakfast is average. Not fresh juices or cakes.
Price is correct. Quiet and nice the location. Walking distance from city center.
