“WOW!!! ABSOLUTELY AWESOME!!!”
Reviewed October 16, 2012

This is my second time going through Hezekiah's Tunnels and I would do it over and over again. It is a "must do" during your trip to Israel!!!

“a fun experience for all ages”
Reviewed October 11, 2012

i did this guided walk with a sizable number of friends- most of us middle aged, but also with a few children, and everyone enjoyed themselves. come prepared with clothes and shoes that can get wet- there are lockers available to leave stuff like a towel and dry clothes for after. good to do especially in warmer weather, but probably not recommended for anyone who is clostophobic

“WHAT AN EXPERIENCE”
Reviewed October 10, 2012

We toured the City of David including the City of David. We walked through history. It is a35 minute easy walk the water was up to just above my ankles but you can check the water depth before you descend. You can see the pick marks where the tunnel was gouged out so many thousands of years ago, it is quite narrow in laces but not a problem I would recommend it as a must do on your visit to Jerusalem

“Deep, Dark and Cool”
Reviewed October 7, 2012

You don't need a guide to do this but you do need a torch. Plunging into thigh deep cool water in a narrow tunnel is an experience to remember. It doesn't take long to make your way from one end to the other but I would highly recommend it. We were the only people in the tunnel at the time and frankly it was much better because of it.
Don't do this if your claustrophobic as it does become pretty narrow in places, the water is never too deep to be much of a problem though and if it's scorching outside the darkness of the tunnel will be a blessing.

“not for the faint hearted!”

It's pitch black and a tight fit... but an exciting accomplishment and a feeling of literally going back in time!
