St. Saviour Parish Church
Reviewed May 9, 2012

I visited this church with a friend during Passover. I love the 'European' feel to this church, especially the faux marble finishes. There is a wonderful display of olive wood and mother of pearl objects, made by Christian Arabs under the tutelage of Europeasn Franciscan priests, who introduced mother-of-pearl inlay in the Spanish style into the area, to assist their parishioners in making a living. Well worth a visit.
