“A Jerusalem mood-setter”

The ambiance of the cafe is wonderful, positioned on a Jerusalem stone rooftop just across the street from the Yafo Gate of the Old City (which can also work perfectly for a quick lunch during a day in the Old City), and the opposite side overlooking a beautiful park. There are flowering plants and herbs everywhere, adding a beautiful green element to compliment the stone building. The menu is simple and straight forward, uses high quality ingredients, is executed well and super reasonable in price. Staff were very sweet and accommodating. Would definitely make a trip back to try more food!!

“Best diary meal i've had in a while!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed August 21, 2013

Being a fan of meat restaurants, my girlfriend usually 'drags' me to try different restaurants and i usually end up being disappointed saying "i told you we shouldn't have gone here" - she often agrees.
This time it was different, the place is beautiful, relatively cheap and most importantly delicious. we just couldn't stop eating, we tried many of the dishes that were recommended by the lovely waitress, the atmosphere is very romantic, quiet and pleasing, you can even say spiritual.

Definitely going to return here, as its not so far from where i live.
Thanks guys!

“Great cafe”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed August 8, 2013

Really very nice place with amazing view. From one side walls of The Old City, from other-Teddy's park with beautiful fontain.
The menu is full of interesting and very tasty dishes.
Staff is very friendly and professional.
Prices are not high at all.
So if you want to spend a good time with great view and high quality food this is the right place!!!!

“Excellent dairy restaurant with magnificent view”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed July 31, 2013

This is a new dairy estaurant locted in an open air terrace overlooking the Teddy Garden and the magnificent dancing fountain light show. (It is on top of Eucalyptus which is a meat restaurant under the same management.) We ate there twice this month and it is now our favorite place. The food is fresh made with fresh herbs which are grown right there on the terrace. The menu is Italian Middle Eastern. We have had the Eucalyptus pizza, the pasta rosa, the fish fillet, and roasted eggplant. Everything was fresh and service superb. Watching the dancing fountain light show is a definite plus.

“Dissapointing”
1 of 5 bubbles Reviewed July 29, 2013

I was actually reluctant to try this place because of my bad experience(s) at Eucalyptus but I was persuaded to go and thought just the view alone would make it worthwhile.
It is almost criminal to put such a poorly run and amateurish restaurant in such beautiful surroundings
I actually left in the middle , leaving my friends to suffer through the meal and service(the girl was actually very sweet but either poorly trained or incompetent) and went to eat at the Mamilla mall
At least the prices are not the 'Tourist trap" of Eucalyptus but you will have to try harder than just lowering your prices
