“Good location, friendly, efficient”
Reviewed July 28, 2014

We stayed a few days in this nice hotel. Good points are the location, the friendly and helpful receptionists, a daily happy hour session with free drinks, parking possibility.
The terrace was unfortunately under renovatioń, so that breakfast had to be taken at a nearby hotel. Rooms are good, but small, WiFi is free and fast.
Opposite the hotel, some glass containers are located, and they can be noisy for some time, but all in all, this was a good experience and I would definitely come back.

Room Tip: Rooms at the back are quieter

I was on vacation alone and chose to go The Agripas Boutique Hotel. I made a good choice. All the staff were friendly and genuinely wanted to make you feel as welcome as possible. The Receptionists were brilliant and professional and sorted out any problems I had.The cleaning staff were excellent too. I came back to my room, which I had left in chaos to find it had been thoroughly cleaned on more than one occasion. The hotel's location to Old a Jerusalem and other tourist attractions was good, especially if you don't want to trust taxis or the tram. I had such a lovely time, mixing with the staff in the "Happy Hour" on the roof and being able to see far over the rooftops of this ancient city. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel or it's staff to family and friends, knowing they would have a wonderful time and be well looked after.

Nice looking room. Good Place of the city.
The courtens were small and didn't cover the window completely.
In the bathroom a lot of water came out of the shower and there was no wiper.
There is no breadfakst in the hotel. You have to go to another hotel in order to eat.

and excellent customer service in the reception.
great location, clean room, the best hotel in jerusalem center.
Good base for exploring Jerusalem. The city centre is just 10 minutes walking. Clean and modern rooms with good beds. Prices were reasonable and the hotel offers limited parking which is rare in the area.

The hotel was very nice and very clean however it was too cozy for the 2 of us. Also the bathroom has no privacy and the water from the shower floods the bathroom. The staff however was great and very helpful. They upgraded our room to deluxe but it was still too small.

There's a lot of things that are great and there's a few things that needs to improve to bring it to the next level. Service is excellent, all the staff are very friendly and attentive to the guest. They have a very good happy hour for free every afternoon with wine and all sort of snacks, a nice break after your tour. And they offer free water - just little things that makes this hotel great! The rooms are clean and good size. The location is 15-20 min. walk to Jaffa gate, the entrance to the Old City of Jerusalem. The hotel is also surrounded with shops and lots of restaurants and walking distance to Ben Yuda market.

A few things we want to recommend are (1) add space for toiletries in the bathroom, there's no place to put your toothbrush, hair brush, etc. (2) our room does not have a toilet paper roller, it is placed in a small space behind us where it is difficult to reach (3) the bed is 2 single bed put together, why not put a double or queen size bed. We hate the seam in the middle.

The location cannot be beat -- 2 minute walk to Machane Yehuda, 5 minutes to Ben Yehuda, about 10 minutes or so gets you to mice restaurants and near the Mamilla mall. Nice view, fun happy hour, what's not to like!! A great place to stay if you're in Jerusalem (no pool, but that's not what we were looking for).

Room Tip: ask for a room in the back
