Staff very helpful and friendly. Room very good: Clean, up to date comfortable bed, enough closet and storage space. They did move us to this larger room after complaining about the first small room(no extra charge). Great location right in city center. Cannot drive right to door, so must call ahead and have them pick you up at their other hotel about 2 blocks away from which they pick you up in golf cart. Breakfast adequate. Very nice happy hour every day with wine. There are three bars across street so you will hear a bit of noise on busy evenings till around midnight or so.

Looking at the rating I was expecting something good but this hotel surpassed..

Location: Truly would not like to have stayed anywhere else. About 40 steps from Ben Yeduha and it is perfect for a first trip to Jerusalem. A short walk to the market and not far from the old city. A little hard to find the first time but ask the locals where Big Apple Pizza is and you are right there. Also on Shabbat there is a 24/7 restaurant some 20 meters away which is rare for the area and a bonus for people who are not observant

The staff. Truly went out of their way to make you feel welcome at all times. They are informative, knowledgeable and approachable for any tricky questions. Many times I would see them phoning places for people, or doing Google searches for them etc. We has an issue with the shower (not the hotels fault) and without blinking they offered another room to use or simply have a shower in. The staff go beyond what most would do. Great kudos to the management and staff

The Good: Position. Position Position. The hotel is small with only 60 rooms and in perfect place to get to everything.

The Bad: Our phone would not make overseas calls but in typical fashion I was allowed to use the front desk phone at no charge... so it turned from a bad to a good. My son could not get the hang of the body wash soap dispenser in the shower.. but hardly call that a bad,. There is no street access but again this is a good as our room on the 6th floor was incredibly quiet.

The Ugly.. Truly nothing to speak of. The rooms are not huge but rather only adequate but I only have a room to sleep in as I spend my days exploring the city. Some people may not like the Israeli breakfast which was plentiful but not to everyone's taste.

The rooms also have plenty of accessible power points - another bonus.

The verdict.. Would I stay again.. - ABSOLUTELY - unless booked out I would not even look elsewhere

Room Tip: get a larger room for the few dollars more

Located at the center of the center - in the middle of the Pasade, only 10 minutes walk from Mahne-Yehuda Market and only 10 minutes walk to the other side - Mamila Boulvards. Also very close to a Tram station in Yaffo street. Although so central - the hotel is very quiet and peaceful. Rooms are nicely furnished and very clean. With a B+B reservation you can also enjoy a daily 5 O'clock refreshment including small fresh sandwiches, fruits, salty and sweet bisqites etc., hot and cold beverages and wine - a real celebration ! Breakfast is also very good and freshly served between 7 to 11. Staff is friendly and gives you warm hospitality experience. The hotel is open only since March 2013 , we already visited it twice - and we are looking forward to come again ! Very recomended. David and Orit, ISRAEL.

Room Tip: ask for a room with a balcony and enjoy the Pasade view.

Good location and that's it! Very small rooms, poor breakfast, some times no even soap in the rooms! 3 times request for room change and 3 times got worse. Small bed, small bath! Small restaurant, few staff, bad coffee. Expectation were higher then reality. On the photos rooms looks much bigger, but there is only few of them, most of the rooms smaller and smaller bad.
