“3 Wonderful Days in Jerusalem”
Reviewed April 22, 2013

The hotel opened 2 weeks before we arrived. The staff was wonderful! The breakfast was nice and they have cappuccino. In addition, Happy Hour is included with wine and light snacks. The room was nice and quiet with a glass door that opened onto a small balcony (for looks only) but fresh air was great. My only negative was the bathroom was tiny. This is a kosher hotel so Saturday has limited service and we checked out that day.

The hotel is perfectly located at the heart of Jerusalem, a walking distance from the old city.
We parked our car in a nearby parking (at the Harmony hotel) and within a few minutes a car arrived to pick us up to the hotel. The staff is friendly and attentive. Rooms are not big, but very well organized and extremely clean. Food is nice, a courtesy happy hour is offered in the afternoon. Breakfast was pleasant; they should upgrade the tasteless coffee.
All in all we had a great stay and I highly recommend this hotel.

Overall the rooms are nice and clean, but not that big. The breakfast is very good and you can find you need. The hotel offers in the afternoon complementary drinks and snacks in the lounge including wine :-).
The hotel is situated in the center off the city near the old city and the market.

We booked two double rooms for one night. The hotel had complimentary drinks and snacks on a lovely patio between 5 and 7. The hotel is new so the rooms were beautifully decorated and tastefully furnished. Our teenagers thought the showers were the best throughout Jordan and Israel. We walked to the old city for dinner in ten minutes. The staff were extremely helpful with information on trams (just around the corner) to the Holocaust Museum, checking opening times and sheruts to Tel Aviv. Get there quickly before the prices rise to those of the sister hotel - the Harmony.

From the moment I was greeted at reception, I felt warm and welcomed at The Arthur Hotel. The personnel truly make you feel cared for. I love to take a bath when I travel and my request was honored. This boutique hotel is beautifully decorated with a colonial design. From the yummy cotton bedspread to black and white historic photos of Old Jerusalem to the sixteen foot ceilings in the lobby area where a delicious breakfast filled with Israeli salad, egg salad, avocado, eggs, fruits,fish,ten types of bread and much more and not to mention the extra special nightly Happy Hour with various types of white and red wine, and delicious veggies and cheese, the Arthur Hotel is a wonderful choice to relax, unwind and explore Jerusalem. The location is superb; I walked daily to The Old City via Mamilla Blvd giving me a flavor of new to old. I loved my stay at The Arthur Hotel. I plan to come on my next trip to Israel.

Room Tip: Ask for room with a balcony for a view of Ben Yehuda.

We, my friends and myself, had the privilege staying at the new, just opened, Arthur Hotel in Jerusalem;

The hotel, with an outstanding design strictness to every small detail reminded us the old good
Ones of last century, located in the very center of the city – a gateway to any desired visit location in Jerusalem.

The service, polite and professional, was at its best by all, from the front desk team up to top
Management personal direct contact and support.

For sure, we will all stay here again on our next visit and may fully recommend it both,
For Israeli and tourists too.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It was nicely decorated, comfortable, and in a great location. While it is a new hotel I found the staff very helpful. In fact if I had a question or request they could not answer they would quickly consult with the Harmony Hotel for more information. I was able to easily walk to most sites and found the Ben Yehuda area ideal with many shops and restaurants.
