A gem of a church with great acoustics for choirs and solos. We came on it while a group of Monks were singing and then a group of Chinese pilgrims sang Amazing grace. It made the hair stand up on the back of you neck it was so moving.

A lovely church but those acoustics are unbelievable. Two of our group sang and the sound wistfully went round the walls in an pleasant eeriness that made the hair on the back of the neck stand on end.

Amazing acoustics here and great to hear groups praising the Lord in various tongues. The church is right by the pools of Bethesda where Jesus healed a paralysed man.

The crusader church just off the Via Dolorosa, in the old city of Jerusalem is well worth a visit. The special acoustics inside this Crusaders church can bring you into a reflective state. If you have the time go down into the deep excavations just next to the church and explore the layers of history of this old revered city.

It is worth the search! Got to sing to the Lord (and my wife - nice girl!) with the wonderful acoustics.
