This museum is really breathtaking. They have a lot of movies playing with people talking about there experiences during the holocaust. These stories are just incredible...

Please take your time to visit this museum. You'll minimum need 2h... but you can easily stay there for much longer.

Thank Ellen D

The museum's obviously very important to the Jewish people and rightly so but for a gentile it was a bit too big and it was very crowded i preferred the Washington museum as it was smaller and of more interest to a non Jew.

You have to see this, so no one will forget the 6 million Jews killed in the Holocaust The pictures and videos will tear your heart out.

The museum is free. We were graciously welcomed and given entrance. We were a bit confused regarding our backpacks. Eventually we discovered that we had to leave them at a coat closet down a flight of stairs and then come back up to the entrance.
The museum is well laid-out as it directs you along a pre-determined path to the exhibits and exit. It was moving to see the displays. I think it a must for any visitor to Jerusalem just as I think the Separation Wall is a must for any visitor to Jerusalem these days. It is powerful to see both sides of the conflict and complex to begin to try to understand.

Travel, visit, and learn for both fun and education. This museum helps with that.

There just aren't words in my vocabulary to express the story and images portrayed in this museum. I've met many a holocaust survivor in my day and I just don't know how they survived this. A must see for all, especially those who say it didn't happen.
