I have stayed at this hotel on many occasions and have always been happy. It is excellent value for money. Delicious breakfast included and I find the location close to a light railway stop and walking distance to the central bus stations very convenient.More

Noise from road
Nice clean simple hotel although the windows are not noise sealed and traffic from main road is heard up to 11th floor. City train passes near by. Not adjacent to restaurants and shops. Good for business trips.

So disappointed
Lovely rooms, good service from front desk staff, nice bar lounge area and pool unfortunately we never got to use either of them, as the hotel caters for local events such as weddings and bar mitzvahs two or three a day so all area very over crowded. Just after we arrived a large religious party arrived and without warning we were told from now on only men could use the outside pool. I would not class this as an International hotel as it does not cater for overseas guests.

Great hotel great price centrally located for the bus station
Great hotel with good amenities
Hotel has 3 pools and basic spa facilities
Hotel staff are welcoming and helpful
Close to the light rail line and central bus station
Well priced
With in walking distance of the Kennesset ( Israeli parliament building ) and Israeli museum as well as Gan Saka
Close to machane Yehudah market which is a must for all visitors especially on a Friday morning - some great food

Good location. Bad everything else.
If you are a very religious Jew it's perfect, if not you will be a bit overwhelmed.
Not enough parking so you have to pay for it
Stains on beds.
They changed the pool times so men only used the outdoor pool and women the indoor. The only reason we stayed here was because it had an outdoor pool we could cool down in.
Ordered food at the bar and it took and hour to come through and was burnt.
Front desk staff helpful, everyone else not so much.
Caters to bar mitzfahs and weddings everynight so parking is impossible and you can't move in the lobby or lifts.
Around 42nis cab to town.
80nis for Israeli breakfast in the morning.

The only two criteria we wanted when we booked were parking and an outdoor pool. This hotel failed on both. Why would you advertise as a international hotel when you are clearly not and don't give enough notice when changing things that effect everybody not just your main clientele. We understand we are in a Jewish country and we respect the religion and shabbat but the no women in the pool for the whole day rule is a little extreme. If you only want to sleep in the hotel and not bring a car it's average. Wouldn't bother coming back or recommending it.

Great hotel
Great hotel with excellent value for money, fantastic position and friendly helpful staff. Only criticisms are that when the hotel is full the dining room is rather overcrowded at breakfast and you have to wait a long time for the lift. Would definitely stay here again.
